Staff are super friendly and inviting! They are great at answering all of our questions and explaining everything to a new to braces family. They even talked about my daughters future plans and how it would affect her keeping up with her braces. (Which helped my daughter think about what she wants to do when she graduates this year!!) Win Win!! Thank you so much for making us feel like family and going above and beyond!

Dr. Schafer, Katie and Sandra are amazing! All three of my kids have had a great experience with their braces! So good, in fact, that I decided to get them as well! They are very personable, always talking to the kids about their current activities in school. The office is efficient and flexible. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Schafer has been so wonderful to our family. She and the whole staff at her office (Hi Katie! :) Are so comfortable and caring, but also take their work seriously. We always know that when we leave the office, we will be smiling (some of us with straighter teeth!). Many of our friends recommended Dr. Schafer, and I would recommend her as well. We interviewed several orthodontists before deciding, and Dr. Schafer was who my son and I felt most comfortable with. We have now brought 3 of our children to her for teeth fixin' and couldn't be more satisfied with her patience, her work ethic, and her prices. She is fair and honest. You will be glad you chose her too!

We love Dr. Schafer’s Orthodontics!! Dr. Schafer, Katie and Sandra are always welcoming and very friendly. Both my children and I have had braces/aligners, I would recommend this office to everyone! Whenever a broken bracket or wire happened (usually my son, lol) they were able to get us right in. We drive about an hour to get there and I would choose them again. These ladies are AMAZING! My 9-year-old son is even more handsome because of them. They make you feel comfortable, and they are always pleasant and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was both happy and sad that my youngest is now done with braces. Happy because he was left with a beautiful smile, and sad because we are now done with all of these wonderful ladies. I received many, many more positive recommendations by word of mouth for Dr. Schafer than what is indicated here. The strong approval of my children's pediatric dentist in Rochester may have held the most weight. Dr. Schafer is a great orthodontist, and my daughter (the patient) really likes her.
