Aspen has been great to notify us of any changes to billing or their facilities. Storage units are in good condition. I receive a monthly notification that our payment went through.

I've rented from Ashland springs twice about 10 years apart good place to store the good stuff I just couldn't throw away
never had a problem even got behind a little bit once they didn't kick me
nice people I'll rent for them again.

About 7 years ago my father and I both had storage units at the storage facility. I moved and about the time I cancelled my unit, the facility was sold to a new company. About 4 years ago I needed another storage unit and I went with one newer facility in the area with more security features. But the newer fancier facility kept raising my rates. I was done with that! A few months ago I canceled my contract with the bigger fancier more expensive facility and decided I needed to find a better option. To be truthful, I was a bit hesitant to try the new owners, but I am glad I did. They have been super nice and even gave me credit for having had a unit there before! I love the smaller facility. I feel they actually know me and I am not just a paying unit number. I am happy with them and appreciate their service, cost, cleanliness, and personal attention.

Facility is well maintained. The people that I have spoken with are courteous and helpful. I’m pleased with what I get for my money.

Check in for the first time was easy and Rindi was so helpful when we needed to make a last minute change to the unit we rented.

Great location. Very secure and clean. Rodent traps located frequently outside the units are a great example of how the managers take care of the property.

Close storage unit to our home with easy access. Wish it had a secure gate but for what we need it for it’s been great.

Super responsive, professional, and friendly. My folks have a unit here and it's clean and they never have problems with billing. I am still waiting to get into a unit here, but the renting office has been great to work with.

We freaking love these guys. Only needed our storage unit for a few more the but they made it painless and so easy. They are the nicest people and we will definitely go back in the future if we need a unit. Just moved out today and couldn't be happier with the service.
