All Occasions Catering & The Barn at All Occasions

We used All Occasions Catering for an 25th Wedding Anniversary Party at The Grange Hall in Richwood, Ohio….and we couldn’t have be happier!! Paige was AMAZING to work with from start to finish!! She did a GREAT job setting up the venue table settings the day of. The staff that arrived later to set up to food - keep it stocked and clean up were so WONDERFUL! So friendly and helpful and hard workers!!! The food was delicious - we were nervous about catering because we haven’t had great experiences with them in the past…so Paige suggested doing a tasting - that was a funny experience 🍽😊. We picked the Yankee Pot Roast(FABULOUS), Romano Chicken, Farmhouse Green beans, Loaded Potato Casserole(So SO GOOD), and the buffet came with salad, roll n butter and we added dessert that was Paul Newman Cake and Cheesecake which were both so tasty!! We were so happy with our experience - all the guests loved the food!! If you are looking for catering for any occasion- you will NOT be disappointed!! We got married on my parent's back porch in Delaware and rented chairs and tall tables. The chairs were exactly what we were looking for and really transformed the spac. They had chairs that accommodated larger bodies as well. We also rented tall tables (we purchased the table clothes in the picutre ourselves). The price was right and they even delivered and picked up. Great to work with and the products were exactly what we expected. Thanks for such a great experience!

I attended a seminar here recently. I only saw the one room entryway and women's bathroom. That being said, the event room was huge with open ceilings and had sheer curtains and twinkling lights draped everywhere. This venue would be great for all sorts of events.

All Occasions is the BEST catering company!! We hired them to cater our wedding at Four Seasons Barn in August 2023. Our previous caterer fell through, and we're SO glad because we would have never got to work with All Occasions. They were there for us through such an unexpected change and put our mind at ease! We didn't have to worry about a single thing because they handled all of it, and they were so organized. Anything we wanted or needed, they made it happen for us! Communication is so important, and through the whole process, it could not have been better. They were so quick to respond to emails. The food and service at our wedding was outstanding! All of our guests kept complimenting the food (and they still are!) They loved it! Every single staff member always has a smile on their face, and they're so kind! You can tell they're truly passionate about what they do. We don't have a single bad thing to say about this company! They were hands down our best vendor. Thank you All Occasions, you all deserve the world!!

Wonderful place to host an event!

The food was good, the staff was friendly and efficient, and there was plenty of room for the event.

I cannot say enough good things about All Occasions, Karellyn, and her wonderful team of caterers! She made the planning process so easy with her attention to detail and open line of communication. On the day of they were like a well oiled machine on time and having everything set up exactly the way Karellyn and I discussed. On top of all that the food was perfect all my guests said everything tasted wonderful (and they really enjoyed having a bartender on site all night lol). I have to say though I appreciated them most at the end of the night when the time to clean up came. They got all the leftovers, and there were plenty of them lol, boxed up and in the fridge for us and made sure to set aside some cake for my husband and I since we were all over the place after the cake cutting. I’m glad I made the fantastic decision to marry my husband and to have All Occasions cater the wedding!

Very rarely do I come across a place that deserves 10 stars but this is one of them. Professional, prompt, friendly and easy to work with. Paige helped me put together my catering order and really put my mind at ease. She gave honest feedback in creating the menu and was patient with me through all the changes I made.

They did an absolute impeccable job for our wedding. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. There was plenty of food for all of us and nobody left hungry. All of our guests raved about the quality and taste of everything they offered. All of their staff were professional and went above and beyond for us and all of our friends and family. If you are in the Central Ohio area I highly recommend using All Occasions Catering for your wedding or large event.

We just had our company Christmas party here at All Occasions Catering. The staff was so sweet and kind. I was with my client that is on a special puree diet. They went above and beyond to help me out and pureed my individuals food for him. Thank you soo much for making our visit a little easier so we could enjoy our time together.

Good food, facilities, and service. The in-house wifi provided for our conferences is sometimes decently fast but other times is very slow. Cell phone signal is pretty iffy in the building, and even outside in the parking lot is borderline.

We used all occasions for catering, dance floor rental, decorations, tables, chairs, and linens for our backyard wedding! They were incredible to work with! They were attentive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire planning experience! Their staff is extremely kind and hard working! Highly recommend!

If you want a stress free wedding...Please use this catering business!! Aubree was ALWAYS on point, and planning a wedding with this establishment will make the day so much better!! I wish all business's and staff members would take notes of how to treat a customer!!!

I would absolutely recommend All Occasions to anyone. From the first meeting we knew had selected the right group. Our families are still complementing the food, service and clean up. We are so happy we used them for my only daughters wedding. Aubree was an absolute professional and guided us thru the right fit for our event at the Rusty River Barn.
