Truly an experienced and savvy realtor. Did a fantastic job not just show-casing the property that we're selling, but also secured a property that we were told by another realtor we were too late, that the seller had already accepted an offer. That didn't stop Marie from applying her negotiating skills and expertise to convince the seller it was in their best interest to sell the property to us instead. Savvy indeed.
