To say the customer service is outstanding is an understatement. They truly do backflips to make sure you get exactly what you want.
I came in in November looking for a Corolla Cross, and though they did not have one right then, Justin worked with us, and found one that was scheduled to be built in December!
He kept in great communication with me throughout the process. When the car came in, the process was beyond easy! After a quick few signatures the plates were on my car and I was on my way!
Every time I walk in the door I know I am in good hands. From getting an oil change, to getting a new car, every experience is a pleasure.

Justin was phenomenal to work with. In fact, we drove over 30 miles out of our way to this Toyota dealership to work with him as opposed to a different dealership a half mile from our house. I came to him six months ago looking for a Hybrid XSE and while I did have to wait for my dream SUV, Justin was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process! I’ve purchased two vehicles from New Country of Clifton Park. Each time was a great buying experience. They got me exactly the models and colors I wanted. My most recent purchase with Justin was great. The car arrived faster than expected. I brought my trade in and was on the road with my new car quickly.
When I bring in my cars for service, turnaround time is fast.
I have two Toyota dealers closer to me than New Country of Clifton Park but make the 30 minute drive to New Country because of the service and sales experience.

I came into Toyota looking for information on buying a new or used vehicle for my daughter. I originally was going through my credit union but the rates seemed very high and was frustrated car shopping alone. Nichole had me come in and we sat and chatted about what I was looking for and the numbers I felt comfortable with. Not only was she able to find me the perfect car but the rate was SO much lower than my credit union I was shocked. My daughters birthday was just 4 days away and Nichole and Mike were able to get me the car the day before her birthday!. The entire process was so easy and faster than expected. Definitely will be a returning customer!

Toyota of Clifton Park is the best. No matter when I go there I feel at home. I just leased my second RAV4, and before that I leased several Corolla’s. I have been very pleased with everyone of the cars. The customer service at New Country of Clifton Park is superb, always there when I need them. I will never go anywhere else. Scott Pugsley my sales person is so professional, and very informative, always available to answer my million questions besides being very friendly and kind. Mike Raucci the General Manager is the best. You can tell he takes pride in his dealership and always makes time for his customers. We have been fortunate to purchase several cars from Toyota of Clifton Park and have always experienced great service. We particularly commend Don Rougia with whom we worked to purchase our last car. He was very knowledgeable about the special features and kindly demonstrated all the new electronic features. We did not feel pressured to make a choice and were treated very professionally. We will not go anywhere else and hope Don does not retire before our next car.
We also wish to commend Liza in the service department. We can trust her to tell us what service needs to be done and we feel truly comfortable telling her order whatever she feels is important.

Top notch customer service. Friendly and welcoming showroom. You are always greeted immediately and offered assistance. Nichole has been our go to salesperson for many years. She is fantastic with customer service before, during and even after you purchase your car. She treats you like family and makes you feel comfortable with your new vehicle before you leave the lot.

Had an amazing time!! Nichole was absolutely wonderful to work with. We got our car pretty quick and everything was already done for us minus signing a couple papers. The whole process was super fast. The staff here is very nice and accommodating, I will definitely be coming back if I get a new vehicle!
