They were very neat and professional and I found it awesome that his younger son works with him and outstanding young man Mr. VOzzy and his crew are amazing you couldn’t ask for a more professional service. Here is a guy and company with integrity! I had an issue with my 13 year old 7kwm Generac not wanting to start recently. I’m pretty handy so I did the usual of checking the battery, checking the oil and changing the spark plug. Unfortunately it still wouldn’t start. I called John at Vozzy generator to see if they could come check things out. I told John how my generator worked like a champ just the week previously during our bad storm and that it had run for 30 hours straight without any trouble. John knew exactly what the trouble was before any service call. I was able to verify and rectify what John had suspected and my Generac was running once again within 60 minutes. John could have charged me a service call or even told me I needed a new generator, he did not. When it is time to upgrade my Generator I will be using John and Vozzy Generator. Thank you John!
