Park Ave squeezed me in on short notice when I was experiencing a muscle spasm. I’ve never been in that much muscle pain before. They were so accommodating & helpful. It was such a huge relief to get their treatment & guidance.

My 13 year old daughter has a herniated disc and has been seeing Bill for the past few weeks. What a difference his work has made in her pain and flexibility! She was scheduled to dance in the Macys Thanksgiving Day parade and thanks to Bill and his staff at Park Avenue Physical Therapy she successfully did, pain free! Wonderful staff, clean facilities, knowledgeable PTs and people who care about their patients.

I had been dealing with sharp knee pain for the past 4+ years. As it progressively worsened, I visited five or six PTs across Manhattan and Long Island looking for relief. I found none of them to be helpful, learning more from self education on YouTube than I did from their “expertise”. Meanwhile, my knee pain progressed to the point that I could not handle a flight of stairs without wincing. Not cool for someone in their early 30s.

Park Ave PT was my last stop. They go out of their way to make everyone feel especially welcome and they ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. Bill - the owner - runs a great business and always shows up high energy. But working with Aaron was a game changer. His stretch program was fantastic and I really cannot recommend it highly enough. In 2 months I went from considering surgery to being able to do 100+ lunges pain-free. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with.. the best PT I’ve found after years of searching. Seriously.. if any of you reading this are dealing with lifting pain, go see Aaron ASAP!

Park Avenue is an outstanding physical therapy practice. The staff is friendly, organized and accommodating. Aaron and Bill were amazing therapists for my son. They were fun and kept him engaged with so many different types of exercises. I would highly recommend them and would definitely return in the future.

I have been going to Park Avenue PT (both locations) for several months for medical massage and acupuncture weekly. From office manager Danielle and Dina the receptionist to the medical massage therapists Maria and Daniel and Lisa for acupuncture, I have experienced nothing but professionalism, kindness and compassion. For the first time in over a year, of ongoing, quality of life limiting problems with my neck, lower back and right leg, I am seeing progress and feeling more mobility again. Prior to working weekly with these knowledgeable therapists I had simply given up hope of this part of my life ever getting better. I will be transitioning to physical therapy at some point and will obviously stay here with Aaron and Chris. Thank you to Dr Lau for referring me and to all the staff at both the Huntington and Northport offices!

The whole crew over at Park Ave Physical therapy is fantastic! Bill, Randy, Frank and the rest of the team are personable and super dedicated to their work. They all do their best to make your experience there an enjoyable one. They have really helped me with my recovery from my ankle sprain and have got me feeling better in no time! Their approach is hands on and personalized and everyone there has a great sense of humor making for a fun experience in the office! Before coming to Park Ave I had a bad experience at another physical therapy office where I felt like most of my time at therapy was wasted time spent waiting for the therapist to come back to my room to tell me what to do next. Not here! No one forgets about you and they help ensure that you are making the most out of your time in the office! I highly recommend the staff at Park Avenue Physical therapy to help get you back on your feet again! You guys are the best, keep doing what you're doing! ♥

While marathon training I injured myself making it extremely difficult to get in my long runs. I was in a lot of pain and even thought I was going to have to postpone the marathon to next year. I went to see Jen at Park ave PT and she has helped me tremendously. She is extremely knowledgeable and had many techniques to help subside my pain and help me continue my training. I can’t thank her enough!! Highly recommend Jen and the staff of Park ave PT.

I can’t recommend Park Avenue PT enough!

I’ve been treated for a rotator cuff injury and more recently, a neck surgery which both times Bill has gotten me back on my feet. The staff is phenomenal and truly work with you in every aspect from scheduling to insurance to exercises. I’ve seen patients in his practice range from 8 to 80 and everyone has a smile on their face! I wholeheartedly recommend Bill and his friendly, professional staff for your physical therapy needs!!

Bill & staff are excellent in each aspect of the PT process: knowledge, personalized treatment & treatment methods, concern & support, office hours, insurance paperwork & billing. They are professional, attentive and the environment is friendly & enthusiastic... You'll feel like part of their PT family! I truly enjoyed going to my PT appointments! Most importantly, the PT methods provided needed pain relief, healing and strengthening to help daily functioning. Highly recommend & would certainly use again if needed. I have had multiple injuries and have come to Park avenue for the past three. Every time I have gotten treated here I have always had fun, talking about random things. Everyone here is so kind, and helpful. Jen, Erin, Bill, and Frank have all helped me get through injuries while still having some fun.

Physical therapist Bill and his associates are wonderful! Treated me like family! They were kind, patient, professional and caring. I had a back injury and they helped me to heal 110%. They adapted to my personal needs and were accommodating to my busy schedule. Highly recommend them!

Park Avenue Physical Therapy is the greatest physical therapy place ever. The staff is amazing. Everyone there is extremely nice and makes something that might not be enjoyable really fun. They also know everybody's name, so you will feel part of community when you join. When you are done with physical therapy, there is no pain whatsoever. They give recommendations for doctors for your specific injuries and they know exactly what to do to make you better. Their equipment is amazing and they tell you how to operate all of the equipment so nobody is hurt. The best part might be that there is always someone there to help if you have trouble with anything at all. I would give ten stars if I could. So, if you are considering Park Avenue PT, then please do so.

Park Ave. Physical Therapy is the best I’ve ever been to. Bill makes everyone feel at home, he is able to pay attention to all who are there, and at the same time provide for each patient a personal and well thought out strategy for improvement. I strongly recommend that you try Park Avenue physical therapy. You will not be disappointed.

Bill and his staff are the best hands down. Came in after seeing another physical therapist elsewhere and am I glad I came to Bill. He showed me better knee exercises for my torn MCL after my other therapist gave me ones that really were not doing much to help me recover. The staff is friendly and very attentive. If I ever need physical therapy again I already know where I’m going.

It is unusual for a health care professional to 'review' another health care professional. This is primarily because most health care professionals know these reviews are not worth the pixels the review shows up on. Truthfully, only a peer can properly review all aspects of another's health care practice.
All this said, having used many physical therapy offices over the years, Bill, Frank and the entire crew were excellent, hands-on, and of course super nice and accommodating.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jenn Labita at Park Ave PT. I went in with terrible back pain and within the first session she reduced the pain by 99%! I am blown away by her capabilities. Over 3 sessions, it was 100%.
She is very knowledgeable, talented and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Bill and his staff are compassionate and knowledgeable. I came to the practice in severe pain. Bill was attentive and innovative, helping to relieve the pain and address the underlying issues. He was even able to refer me to a doctor for continued support. He goes out of his way to accommodate schedules and truly provides individualized care. It is rare to find a medical provider who is both knowledgeable and caring, Bill and his staff are both.

I have had the experience of going to both the Huntington and Northport locations. I can unequivocally say that the level of care, knowledge, and professionalism has been outstanding. Both facilities are well kept and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Park Avenue Physical Therapy provided the best service to help me prepare for knee replacement surgery - I had the surgery done last week and I am walking on my own already thanks to the great pre-surgery program at Park Avenue.
