Honu Kitchen & Cocktails

I visited Honu tonight with a few coworkers. Everything about Honu was great. We were very pleasantly greeted by out server Patrick. Patrick made our night perfect. Great drink, including a special drink that I requested from the bartender. Food was wonderful and served at a perfect temperature. And the bread pudding....let me say that again... The Bread Pudding! It was great!. The restaurant is beautiful, the service phenomenally and the food delicious. 10 out of 10 will definitely go back. If I had to make suggestion it would be to put a tequila based cocktail on your cocktail list. A girls gotta have her margarita 😉

I do not have enough words to come up with how amazing this restaurant is! First you see the amazing decor which feels fancy and nice to walk into. Then we had service from Patrick who made my friends birthday absolutely memorable and fun! He answered all our questions and even helped us a celebrate with a birthday desert for my friend even though we asked him late if he could bring out a desert. Finally I must speak on the food and drinks! All my non-vegan friends enjoyed the chicken and waffles but I had the tastiest vegan burger! So delicious! Also the coconut martini and Moscow mule were splendid! I definitely will be returning for more! Dont walk here, run!

Honu is just a really good time! The food and drinks are excellent and I love that they have a DJ on the weekends. Their menu is delicious and executed so well. It’s also a nice touch that the menu changes seasonally. Definitely a great place to celebrate a birthday or get together with a group of friends!

This place is perfect for special occasions and celebrations! I loved the service and the waiters were very friendly and attentive, undoubtedly a very elegant place, and the food was delicious! Reasonable prices and good portions, very pleasant experience.

Elegant entrees in an exquisite setting; expensive, but worth every penny! The food is very good, with varied options, and the service is impeccable. Ask for a table by the windows, to look over the during your delicious meal.We have never been disappointed ; Whether attending an event , dance , party or just out to dinner, they are consistently excellent. Staff are highly professional, the kitchen does its job well is a host.

Dinner was great had the blt wedge salad with grilled chicken. Waitress was on point. The highlight the coconut rum martini. So good. At 10:30 pm dj played great old school music. We had a blast.

The loaf of bread that they bring out in a paper bag is amazing!! Perfectly crispy and soft inside. We sat outside on a warm September afternoon. It was nice, the table is on a slight slope but not uncomfortable. We ordered appetites. I liked the fish taco a lot. Everything was tasty and well presented. Our server was very nice and the food is priced about average for this kind of establishment. I didn't get a good sense of the interior but it was cool with big velvet curtains. Would go again.

Surprise 50th Birthday Party! Very nice place.The staffing was good and accommodating. The food was excellent. Exclusive menu. We had to request the Chef applaud him and his staff.

Fabulous food and cocktails! Very attentive and friendly service. We tried the cavatelli and it was fantastic! The calamari is one of the best we’ve ever had (perfectly crispy!) Their burrata salad was also great.

WOW! Really deserve 10 stars for amazing food, service, and ambience. First time here and felt like we were in Manhattan. Our waiter Justin was amazing with all his recommendations: BBQ Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese & Lobster Bisque for appetizers, Honey Mustard Salmon & Short Ribs for entrees. Everything was perfectly cooked, delicious and full of flavor. My father is an executive chef so I know he’d be impressed if ever I took him here. We also thoroughly enjoyed their signature cocktails Coconut Martini and Pear Martini! Can’t wait for another date night without the kids! 😉

This place has a cool and relaxed vibe. The servers and bartenders are friendly and attentive. The food was good, we had the grouper with risotto and Salmon with pineapple dressing. It was fresh and clean tasting and delicious. The price was pleasantly and surprisingly affordable, located across from the Paramount theater a great place to walk to if you're in town.

The food is definitely great and worth the price. I absolutely love how beautiful the place was and they give free bread! I would definitely recommend and go back. The staff is very sweet. You might wait here and there for your server but it’s because they’re always slammed on a Friday or Saturday night! Great food!

I want to thank the staff and Sal for an amazing night for my anniversary! He greeted us so welcoming and accommodated us to what we needed. The food he recommended was out of this world! I traveled a lot and I know good food and service is. And I would def come back again. Prices are about what anywhere it would be for a nice place. Thank you!

Service was great! Everyone was very attentive. The food was excellent. To start I highly recommend the lobster mac n cheese and the tuna tartare. The seafood bucatini was delicious!

As a worker, I can say that the place is very strict whit respect of the higiene and health measures;
Also very decent dishes and allergy’s safe menu.
The chef is always friendly and attentive but he can be though when it’s needed.

Went there for a party. The wait staff was great! The food was amazing and the drinks were strong! Would recommend to everyone!

This is an amazing place for quiet draft beer drinking. Food is excellent. Service is one-on-one with an attractive female bartender. My tab came to over $100 with a $20 tip. However, it was the ideal experience for a "staycation".

We just held our engagement party here and everything was fantastic! Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with - he took care of everything and was so attentive! The service was wonderful and the food was so, so good - the Lambchop & Tuna Tartare Hors D'oeuvres were our personal favorites! I also have to mention that Tom created two signature cocktails for us that were so personal and SO delicious! I cannot say enough about Tom and the entire staff that day and highly recommend working with them for your event!

We celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary and we felt like royalty. Grace, the manager, made sure that the allergies were all addressed, double checking with us and the kitchen. The octopus appetizer was amazing. Our server, Greg, took excellent care of us. The drinks were outstanding and the GM, Sal, was gracious and humble and made sure we had the best possible anniversary celebration. We will return, without a doubt.
