I filled out an online form to contact Paul’s Termite and Pest Control and got an immediate response from Juli who was able to schedule our inspection promptly. David, our tech, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. Overall, amazing experience so far!

David provided such great customer service. He was very informative. David was able to answer all our questions with confidence. My husband and I was so impressed with his delivery and professionalism. Most importantly, we appreciated David's willingness to fit the Sweetings into his booked schedule.

I can’t explain how good these guys are they are 100% trustworthy and do a professional job!!!! David is #1 we had another pest control gave us a estimate of $600 and said our home is infested with German cockroaches David came inspection the home said there is no infestation and roaches were not German they handled everything amazing!! Will continue to use them always!

The technicians were both very knowledgeable, understanding and kind in their services. We had a pretty bad infestation and the moment they started working, the results were immediate. The pests were quite literally running for their lives (even though it didn't work). We were looking for a cost effective and reliable company to trust with this process. And that's exactly what we have found. I honestly could not be any happier!

We did the monthly servicing option because we started seeing too many spiders in the house, and a few roaches. After the first treatment, I’ve seen zero spiders, and any other unwanted crawlers that I do see are already on their backs. Highly recommended this company!

David came out promptly and explained all the details of the service. Asked us what problems we seeing and how frequent. He serviced our whole house inside and out including garage. Removed all spiderwebs. Afterwards asked us if we had any additional questions and provided us info on the next treatment. Very professional reasonable and conscientious.

Great service! David our technician took care of some annoying ants that have been getting inside the house. He was very knowledgeable and considerate about my concerns of other bugs inside the home and recommend an inspection which helped put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and would call him back out without hesitation.

Quick, knowledgeable and affordable. We had a sudden black crazy ant invasion. David came out and treated same day. The next morning we had thousands of ants relocating their tribe. It was mind blowing! But thankfully the ants are gone! Highly recommend, keep it local!

The service has been great. As a Realtor I find myself referring Paul's Pest Control to my customers. As a customer they have gotten rid of seasonal bugs and some trouble bugs. John our service technician took care of carpenter ants that were trailing to our home from next door. After one treatment over 10 months ago they have yet to return. It's not easy to find great customer service these days. Paul's is definitely customer oriented. The ladies in the office are very courteous and take the time to make sure you understand their services. John is very helpful and will go the extra mile to satisfy his customers. I would recommend Paul's to anyone.

Amazing customer service! All reps go above and beyond to ensure my family is taken care of! John is awesome, I have personally texted him all hours of the day/night with pictures of critters and our concerns. He's out here same day taking care of any issues and letting us know play by play!

They say you get what you pay for but at $30 a month you are cheating this company!! All other pest control companies I called could not come out same day and they wanted anywhere from $100-$150 to come out and service the area to see exactly what your issue is. Paul's came out the same day I called and there was no service fee, just a monthly $30 fee. Let me remind you most companies want double if not triple that price! Paul's has my highest recommendation!!!!!!

I have had a flea issue every summer for the last 3/4 years due to the heat and feral cats in the yard. I called John at the recommendation of Mindy in Tallahassee And he was able to fit me in the very next day. I was very pleased with his service. The price is perfect for my budget and I feel secure knowing I can call whenever I see any bugs or have any other flea issues.

Paul's Pest Control has always done a wonderful job at my home. I've used them for years in Tallahassee and in Jacksonville. The technician is extremely thorough and polite and even remembers my kid's name. Would recommend to any family and friends.
