Shadow helped 5 strangers get back on the road after getting a flat tire over an hour away from home. He graciously changed the flat with the help of another gentleman. Like most oil change shops, the folks tell you what you need. Difference is they're not pushy about it. I was third in line and every bay was staffed. Took less than 15 minutes for me to get in and my oil change was under 10.

Shadow and Moose did a wonderful job balancing between excellent customer service and effectively training Kyler, while also getting my oil changed in a responsible yet timely manner.

They are fast and explain everything really well. They don't try and force sell anything to you. Which is great and keeps me going there. Price is a little high for my type oil, but it was at the dealer as well.

They are great they do it as fast as they can you pull in and you sit in your car while they change your oil

Beware, this place can get pretty busy! That's not to say they don't do a speedy good job! Recently stopped for a "quick" oil change & had to wait in line...all 3 bays had a line. It's convenient to have service done as they do more than just oil. We keep going back for a couple of vehicles I don't want to climb on the ground for.

I really appreciate the people who work here. Everyone is always so nice, explain everything thoroughly, and let you know about potential needed maintenance but don’t pressure you to get them. I’ve had a lot of problems with cars so I get pretty bad anxiety about them (silly, I know). The way the whole process is handled is the best I’ve ever experienced and has helped alleviate my worries and made dealing with my car easier and simpler to understand.

Amazing service! The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. The recommendations were spot on without trying to sell me things I didn't need; I truly appreciate that. It shows integrity, which not all companies can say. I'll most assuredly be returning to this location.

I travel a lot for work and with Covid I have been renting a car by the month rather than flying. Yes, 9 hours one way stinks but what are you going to do. Anyhow, because I had a rental for a few months now I needed to get the oil change completed. I could of returned the car and got a replacement but since it's winter and the Infinity Q50 is all wheel drive, I wanted to keep it. The twin turbo 6cylinder has nothing to do with it...I promise 😉. 300HP...meh, who needs it.

I called Valvoline and they where able to confirm that they could change the oil at no charge to me. The next day I popped in and had no wait time. They immediately guided me in and got to taking the info from myself and from the rental. Had a bit of an issue setting up in the computer how they were going to bill it to Rental company but figured out within 15 min. They were super polite, always showing and telling me what they were doing and if not for them needing to figure out how to bill the rental, I would of been in and out in 10 min. They all had on masks and where as professional as could be. I highly recommend them and their team and plan on using their services again when back in Ohio. Thanks Valvoline Team.

5 stars is not enough! The staff went above and beyond. This place is the epitome of efficient. I can easily say this was literally the best experience I have ever had getting my oil changed.
