I have had great service in mailing packages out of state and Amazon returns from this location . All went fast and efficiently even when they were very busy.

I was shocked to read these poor reviews. I come here at least twice a week to drop off packages for my small business. I always receive kind and professional customer service.

Workers had much patience and kindness with the customers. Long line at the time I went in.

The staff at store #3859, are an asset to the company. They are friendly, efficient, extremely helpful!

I was not expecting much because of all the negative reviews. They must have got rid of the problem-employees. I walked up to the counter and handed the gentleman my box, he scanned the code on my phone and with a smile told me to have a nice day. In and out in 20 seconds. 10 minutes later I recieved an email that my refund has been issued.

I've had all positive transactions with this store.

Each time I have visited The UPS store in Findlay I have been greeted by friendly and helpful associates who are eager to help with whatever shipping needs I have. They are always polite, and seem eager to make the shipping process as easy and inexpensive as possible. There is an occasional wait when they are busy, but the line moves quickly and even with a wait, I have always been in and out in just a few minutes.

I visited this store today to take advantage of their offering of a Notary public.
They allowed us a safe place to complete our online sale.
I'm thankful for this store and recommend it.

I have returned packages here numerous times and everyone has been kind and helpful. When i didn't know how to do something they explained in a nice considerate manner never criticizing me! I appreciate all the staff and the job they do everyday. God Bless them all.

It was my first time at this location, I came here for printing services that I used to go to staples for before they closed. I wish I had always just come here in the first place! The process was much easier, and the cost wasn't even half of what I was used to paying. Jennifer helped me with everything and was very patient with me as I took quite awhile with everything. I will definitely be coming here from now on!

This is the best UPS store I’ve ever used. Been there multiple times, the staff are very courteous and quick. They even printed my return labels for free! What more can you ask?
