I had a wonderful experience at the Fostoria Verizon Store. They were very knowledgeable, informative, and extremely helpful, I also got a lot of much-needed assistence.

I would highly recommend this store. My husband and I decided to upgrade our phones, Jordan was able to get us the new 13 pro max in our desired color. He was very professional, patient and able to answer all of my questions. Usually we go to Findlay, but they always take at least 3 hours to do anything. Jordan was able to do the upgrade way quicker than any other time I’ve experienced. Thanks again, we love our new phones!

My wife Robin and I came in today today and worked with store representative Josh. At first we were worried since we didn't have a good experience at the Corporate store in Findlay. They only showed us one phone without any regard to cost to us. Thankfully we spoke up and asked about another phone that we happened to see and the representative was able to get them sent to our house. What upset us though is that we asked if they could set up the phone but they said no and handed us a paper which is unreasonable. How can they expect us to know how to set up these phones! Thus we came into this store and Josh was so kind as to set us up and get everything we needed over. There was even trouble activating the phone that they sent. Thankfully Josh spent over a half hour to make sure we were up and running. Due to my previous experience I will coming back here for my needs!

Great experience with both of the guys working the day I went in for an upgrade and would recommend them again. Also found a way to save me some money on my bill

They helped me so much today and I was in the store for a hole hour trying to figure things up and asking questions. Sam and Josh were so very patient with me and happy to help with a smile.

Went to the Fostoria store today and the manager, Sam, helped us! He went above and beyond what he needed to do. Sam is the man! We'll definitely be back to see him!

I have a new Lg G6. Ive never had a smartphone before. Ive been going nuts with it for a month. I stopped at the verizon store in Dostoria and Andrew cleared up soooo many of my problems in 15 minutes! He was great!!!!

These folks were great with a couple ol'farts that get frustrated quickly with technology! And they helped us two days in a row! Andrew was the greatest!

Great place great employees. Went in with my son to get a phone switched over. No fuss no problem. In and out in 10 minutes! Definitely recommended!!

I bought my phone at the dollar store for prepaid. They didn't set it up for me at all. I don't know much about phones and took it to Verizon. They helped me get set up and told me they offer the same pricing as the dollar store. I won't forget thatnext time.

If you are in the market for a phone, check this place out! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are up front and honest with all pricing and fees and they will make you leave with a smile on your face!

I had Andrew and Sam in the store and they were both great with fixing the issues i had with my phone. I would strongly recomend this location!
