Walmart Vision & Glasses

Both the doctor & the staff were kind, patient, & knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions & they answered & explained in a way I would understand. They really treated me like they wanted to help as best as they could!

1 st visit yesterday was totally impressed with the staff and Dr. Dailey was excellent 5 stars was easy

The doctor was extremely nice. The women upfront were rude and unhelpful. Kept arguing with me that my insurance doesn’t cover any kind of frames or lenses, I left and went to the Vision center on Tiffin Ave and they looked everything up and it was covered by my insurance. Unhelpful staff at this location to say the least.

I bought a pair of glasses and lenses..
I've returned them multiple times for letters and small dots that formed in the lens.
the current lens has a fish eye appearance in paint.
they say there not responsible for the problems.
and the eye doctor is a a$$ hole for telling me I needed bifocals and I didn't need them.
this place basically charged me 900$ for a particular desk paper weight
