AT&T Store

I have had 3 instances in the past 6 months where I have had to come into this location to deal with something in regards to my phone and/or plan. All 3 times I was here, a young lady named Gabby was the one who serviced/ helped me. She is the most helpful, polite, and knowledgeable employee! She deserves a raise or even a manager position if she is not already in a lead role.
ATT should not and would not want to lose her! Thanks Gabby!

Came in to get some information on my account corrected after the first store put it in wrong. They got it straightened out fast and easy. Talked to them about getting an apple watch after I switched to iPhone and my Samsung watch wasn’t any good to me. They got me set up quick and easy. Great customer service in the store with no hassle and no pressure.

Really glad I switched to AT&T and have these folks here to help when I need them.

FYI. When you try to call the number listed here the employees who answer the phone are not actually in the store, but they say they are, even when asked directly. Don't try and save time by calling ahead, the employees they have working the phones remotely apparently have little to no communication with the folks that work in the store.

A young lady by the name Gabby was the most helpful person we have ever incountered EVER at AT&T we will definitely revisit with her when we are back in the area.

Gabrielle went above and beyond to talk with customer service to make sure I got the best deal and did not get ripped off! (Insurance claim) So thankful to her! AMAZING customer service. So glad we worked with her.

Gabby and the guy both did fantastic job! Explained and setup everything perfectly and made sure I was satisfied before leaving the store. Gabby even had time to help with the screen protector which was extremely helpful and considerate!! Thank you AT&T!!

When I walked into the AT&T store I had a list of questions that had to be answered before I would make any changes to my coverage. Gabby was the person I talked to. When I pointed out discrepancies on the AT&T website, instead of making excuses, she thanked me and made of a note of them to share to the team. This young lady was courteous, personable, patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to satisfy and explain all my issues/questions. She deserves to be recognized and rewarded. Because of all of the above I plan on making the changes.

I had an excellent experience at this AT&T store! So happy to find a customer service professional with a great attitude and kindness in helping us start service and transfer from our previous provider. Gabrielle was great to work with in setting up our new service!

Kristine Rochester (store manager) was awesome!! She did everything that she could to help me (even with her equipment not working right and dealing with other customers) and I left the store satisfied. Wasn't sure I'd be able to get what I needed done, that day, but she made it happen. I am very pleased and my boys love their new phones. I wish all customer service encounters (at any store not just AT&T) were as pleasant as this one was. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience at this AT&T store! We worked with the manager, Kristine & she went above & beyond to help us get exactly what we needed. We were opening a new account, porting over a number from Sprint & she made it as easy as possible. She made the whole experience so easy! Will definitely be recommending this location to others.

We went to the AT&T store @2023 Tiffin Ave, Oh 45840 fo discontinue our service _ switch to Verizon. The rep, TIffany, showed us how we could save $ on monthly service In a nutshell, we left w/upgraded phone, more options & very satisfied w/At&T

Excellent service. Walked right and and was assisted right away. Very friendly staff 😊. The cell service is amazing no problems whatsoever
