Just received an e mail from Jason regarding remodeling/additions and the joy factor they bring to you.

We had dreamed for years of adding a sun room addition (2 different homes) We finally decided to do it - for ourselves.

Jason, John and Noah (and all the sub contractor's) did amazing quality work. Our "all season room" was completed last June. Still, everyday (a year later) we mention to each other how much we "love this room" Accept for cooking and sleeping, we spend all in door time in this room (controlled climate on those 90+ degree days, beautiful wooded view year round). Changed the look of the entire house (so much more natural light and brighter now). It is the best investment we have ever made - we made it in ourselves. A big Kudos and Thank you to Jason, John, Noah and all the excellent sub contractors who made our dream possible.

Noah, John, Jake, Josh, Kurt and David were all awesome to work with. They were professional, considerate and did excellent work in remodeling two of our bathrooms. I am not just saying this because Noah is my son and I have known Jake and Josh since they were kids. These are all men of integrity who take pride in their work and how they treat people. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The character of this team is a direct reflection of the company president, Jason Carmack, with whom we have attended church for years. Thank You!

**update August 2022: From previous projects, we knew we would be satisfied with the quality of the outcome. Also, the guys (Noah, Jake, Kurt, Josh, Luciano and his team) were all very professional, friendly and pleasant. They were always on time, kept job site immaculate. We were able to continue using our kitchen throughout the process. We appreciated that Noah and Josh were able to install the light boxes with no damage to the ceiling. Jake was very detailed and neat when painting the ceiling. Absolutely no damage, especially to our existing cabinets and floors.

From the first impression to the end result, Vision Construction checked off all the boxes. Jason/Noah took a personalized approach in terms of helping us design a full master bathroom remodel that left us comfortable right away. Once aligned on the project design, not only were John, Kurt, Jake, & Josh extremely pleasant to have in our home for the timeframe needed to complete the project, but they also had outstanding attention to detail that will leave a lasting impression on our home.

Noah was our first impression of Vision Construction and he was a great first impression. He promptly responded to my initial phone call, was polite, respectful and listened to what we wanted built. He was thorough in his quote for the work we wanted completed and responded promptly to any questions we had. Our work crew included John, Curtis and Jake. As Noah can attest, I reached your company by "happy accident". I intended to reach another Vision Construction and reached your company instead. I was so very happy I did! Vision Construction is very special and I truly believe it is because of the character of your employees. Our home in New Richmond, Ohio, built in 1910 with a great view of the Ohio River, included an upstairs bathroom not only dated in style but with leaks which compromised the dining room below. We consulted several construction firms and decided Vision Construction was the best for our project.

Jason and Noah came to look at the bathroom, the damage below, and the related plumbing, electrical and structural needs, then presented us with a comprehensive estimate to repair the bathroom and all related areas.

They sent us to three different vendors for new fixtures and plumbing. Each was easy to deal with, responsive to our design ideas, and mindful of our budget. When everything was in place, our job was scheduled and the “Process” and communication with Vision Construction went smoothly.

Demolition revealed that the tile, floor and tub were probably installed in 1931. A repair around 1990 and installation of new toilet and vanity were the only other previous updates. John Schott’s supervision of the whole project was excellent. John, Jake and Josh handled the demolition. John, Curt and David were most present for tile work and later finishes. Everyone involved was skilled, courteous, careful to clean up every day, and good at communicating.

Change orders were clearly communicated and even some unexpected additional scope to demolition was reasonably priced with options presented. Vision Construction heard our concerns about making sure plumbing, electrical, and structural work brought the new bathroom to a beautiful and wonderfully functional completion!

Along the way when there were setbacks, Vision Construction took full responsibility and resolved all issues. I bring that up not to indicate problems, but instead to point to their skill and attentiveness when inevitable concerns cropped up. I would describe their resolution of challenges as generous and thorough.

Throughout the project, there was someone here each day, progress was steady and well-documented in the Buildertrend app, and the end result is magnificent. We couldn’t be more pleased. We recommend Vision Construction to anyone!

Vision recently did some remodeling in our new house. From start to finish it was a great experience. Noah, John and Kurt did such a great job in general and were in contact frequently about timing and details. They were able to easily make little changes and edits throughout the project as needed. The end results are better than I could have imagined, and the project stayed right on budget! I will absolutely be using Vision Construction for all future projects!!

We have used Jason and Vision Construction for multiple remodeling jobs since 2007. His team has always been easy to work with and took the time to listen to our ideas throughout each project. Jason and his team are very professional, reliable, trustworthy and communicate well throughout the entire process. He has helped us with a 1400 sq. ft. finished basement project (2007), a major 1700 sq. ft. Kitchen remodel (2015), a master bath remodel, Jack &Jill Bath remodel and new Family Room fireplace surround and built-ins (2018). He has made our designs come alive and we will continue to work with Vision Construction in the future.

We had Vision remodel our master bathroom at the beginning of 2021. We couldn't be happier with our experience and the finished product. There were a couple of issues with receiving components from vendors, but Noah kept us informed in a timely fashion. I think Jason and Noah were more upset about the delays than we were. John and Kurt were very proessional and did a great job. We will definately consider using Vision again for our future remodeling/construction needs.

If you want someone who is reliable, attentive, patient, honest, understanding, knowledgeable, and thorough....Jason with Vision Construction is who you want to contact. His crew, John and Noah, were so upbeat, positive, detailed, and talented building my 3 season porch. They did an amazing job. In my experience with larger companies, I was treated like a number. With Vision Construction I was treated like a person. I will be using them again!

The entire team was AMAZING to work with! They were very courteous, professional and GREAT at communicating throughout the entire process. Jason and John were especially helpful in leading the team and ensuring wonderful craftsmanship and quality of work. Everyone worked so fast and diligently and kept a clean working area.

We just couldn't be more pleased! We've already had so many compliments on our remodel and they really transformed our space into a home we LOVE. We are so fortunate to have found these guys—we love the detail and character added to our new construction home. I will absolutely use Vision again for future projects!

Update 2022: When it came to renovating a bathroom, my only call was to Vision Construction. They remodeled a full bathroom along with several other small projects and did a beautiful job. They are always prompt, respectful, and provide top-quality workmanship.
2018: Vision Construction did an amazing job on our exterior home project. They rebuilt an existing deck and patio, extended our driveway, and extended a porch in Mariemont. They easily navigated the architect, other subcontractors and our local building inspectors and ordinances. They are professional, courteous, and kind. I highly recommend Vision Construction for any home project.

In addition to the finest quality of craftsmanship from remodelers, I look for timely responses to my questions and problems and a thorough explanation of the process from the first phone call to the finished product. Jason and Noah provided all the advice, steps, and details that gave me confidence my kitchen remodel would be top-notch.
I like the fact they did not use subcontractors (except for the countertop company installers), so we saw John, Kurt, and Jake every day and got a chance to know them. They were always kind and attentive to our needs and questions and were very skilled at each task involved in the remodel. John even creatively solved a lighting problem the previous owner of our home had caused. It saved us from having to paint the whole ceiling. Whenever a problem or question arose during our project, I always received a quick response from Jason or Noah.
We are really enjoying our new kitchen and are grateful for the professionalism and skill of Vision Construction. We’ll be contacting them when it’s time to redo the bathroom.

This is to document our satisfaction of using Jason Carmack of Vision Construction as our contractor for remodeling work completed at our home in the past few months. The work involved the complete updating of two bathrooms including replacing a tub with a shower in one; converting a bonus room into a bedroom with closet; replacing a back deck with a screened porch and installing a stamped concrete patio. The work was done very professionally and the contractor and sub-contractors workmanship was excellent. The work was done on a timely manner with Jason keeping nearly daily contact with us via phone or text letting us know status and arrival of workers. Workers respected our home and property. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Jason for any home build or remodeling project.

These guys are great. We reached out to several companies on a custom deck / patio project and they were hands down the leaders right out of the gate. Noah and team did a fantastic job working with us all the way from concept through completion and brought our vision to life. Besides providing great communication every step of the way, they take pride in their work. We couldn’t be happier with how this project turned out, and will definitely use them on our next project.

Jason, the owner of Vision Construction, and his team were amazing and efficient in providing us a beautiful living space in our basement. He transformed our unfinished basement into an incredible finished one.

Jason and his crew of workers took an area in our house that was unfinished and constantly avoided (most people who are close to us didn't even realize we had a basement), and made it into our favorite and classiest space in our home! Our home has been an ongoing project for our family for the past eight years. We bought a foreclosure that was left in horrible condition and turned it into a home through a lot of hard work, hours, and summers working on the house. Most of the work in our home was done with the help of my father, but then we had kids and time became critical and hard to find. We wanted to spend all of our time and energy with our children so we made the decision to hire someone for our basement.

We researched Angie's List for viable candidates that were reasonable and were left feeling uncertain of our decision to hire a contractor. We had a few quotes and they seemed high and not very detailed in order to make us feel comfortable. Then, we were asking around, and someone led us to Jason. Immediately, he made us feel comfortable by his genuine interest in our hopes and ideas, and his quality of work looked superior to others we had viewed. Not only did he try to be honest with us about what we wanted, but he was very detail oriented with our price and living space. He was not the cheapest contractor, nor the most expensive, but he brought us the best product at the best price he could. If we were going to spend money on a huge project, we didn't want it done cheaply or quickly, we wanted something that was of good quality and last long term. He spent time with us going through every option he could think of that may come up as they began their work.

After our quote with everything listed, all the way down to hardware, we felt confident in hiring Jason to do the job. Then, once the work started, unknown problems would occur (not because of the work being done, but because of the age of our house), and Jason would communicate and advise us of our options. He took care of our home like it was his own during the whole process. He was involved and in constant communication which made us feel totally at ease. When the work was done, which was done quicker than originally stated, we were amazed at the final product! He transformed our basement into a beautiful living space, it was better than anything we could ever picture or imagine. Our kids were so excited that they made up songs about the basement and pretended to be "Mr. Jason" working on the basement.

We now use that space daily and it is our favorite place to spend time together as a family! Thank you to Jason, and all of the people who came out to work on our basement along the way, everyone was such a blessing during the project. Even now, their time and their work continues to bring joy to our family! If we ever need anything else done in our house down the road, we would feel extremely confident in using Vision Construction again. Jason does beautiful work with extreme care and that is why he makes a solid, final product. Thank you Jason!

Very pleased with the work accomplished by Jason and his work crew. I needed structural repairs done to my house near Lake Waynoka and Jason accepted the job on a "time and materials" basis because of the unknowns of dealing with hidden termite damage. I received a written contract soon after Jason inspected the damage, and he worked with me to add things to the contract that were important to me and my wife. Jason had no problem showing me liability and workman's comp insurance that I requested from his company, which was an issue with another contractor before I met Jason. The actual time the project took was two days under the estimated time, saving me time and money. The crew was on time and had a "can do" attitude each day even though they were working in a crawlspace. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and were respectful of me and my family while we remained in the house during the repairs. I would not hesitate to use Vision Construction again for another project.

A pleasure to work with this business. All correspondence was answered immediately and all questions had quick responses. The crew showed up on time, were professional and did meticulous work. They cleaned up after the work and left the job site clean. No left over construction material scattered in the yard.

They responded to all problems and were not hesitant to modify or fix changes in the plans.

This was a multiple area remodel and improvement involving a basement, walkout and porch. Many different specific improvements and changes including flooring, HVAC, lights and walls. The end result met all expectations and any issues were quickly rectified.
