Came into the store & knew exactly which pair of work boots I wanted to buy. The store did not have any more pairs in my size in stock, but did have the same boots in a different color & 1 inch higher. The worker was awesome and helpful in trying on the pair of boots, and I ended up purchasing them. She informed me that she could put in an order for the pair of boots which I originally was interested in purchasing. I will definitely be back to purchase another pair of work boots.

Their customer service is exceptional. Sized my foot to ensure I had the correct shoe. I acquired a great work boot that is both lightweight and comfortable.

Best boot I've ever worn. I have had a single pair last 7 yrs, so obviously the quality is excellent. Also I get the perfect fit every time and more comfortable than any other brand I have tried.

Very helpful and professional. My job issued me a voucher for new boots, and Edward took care of everything. He scanned my feet to determine which insoles were best for my comfort and provided different options instead of the standard ones.

Went there at Christmas time and got some gift cards.. I've worn Red Wing boots for years, back in 1975-76 I used to race motorcycles (at Lodi Cycle Bowl) those were my boots of choice I had always worn them for work, always comfortable seem to last a long time.. people in the store were very nice though this is a different location than from years back..

This is my favorite local boot source, I've been shopping red wing since I left the service in '96, and I've turned my kids and coworkers onto them all along. You can't beat red wings for a high-quality made in America boot. Expensive, and worth every penny. They do FREE maintenance and polish!

They was really friendly. My first time going there to get some metatarsal boots for work. They measured my foot and got the correct size. And not just that, they say that oiling your boots there is for free! Now that's an awesome deal! I'm satisfied ❤❤

I waited few weeks before doing the review to test out the shoes. Most comfortable work shoes I've ever had. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and didn't rush me. I definitely recommend this place and the product

Great customer service! The people there are really friendly. They are really knowledgeable. I have always had an issue with boots the salesman who helped me was able to tell me exactly why I have that problem and how to fix it so it stops happening.

Customer service was great. I had a general idea of what I wanted and I got just that. I have had these boots for over four years and they are just as comfortable as the day I bought them. Little pricey but for the quality, customer service, and comfort they are worth every penny.

I have bought several boots from this store. The staff is knowledgeable and very genuine. They asked me the questions and made sure I got the best possible product for my work. Being able to drop my boots off for conditioning and laces makes this a lifetime spot for my boot buying choice.

It’s pricey, but what I’ve learned is that the price is definitely worth it. I bought my first pair of boots at 16 and now at 21 years old, I have finally bought my second pair of boots. You can spend $60 each time 3 times a year or you can just spend $190 and be good for 4 years. They also have boot repair here. A flat fee of $100 and that’s it. Which is super cheap if you ask me.

I usually buy a certain style of boot from them.. But they didn't have any in stock and did not know when they were gonna get some.. I found another style of boot that took the loops off and installed zippers. That I was looking for. Very accommodating.

Not sure if its corporate policies or this particular location, but they did everything right by me. I brought in a pair of boots I had bought somewhere else at a discount, they helped me verify that I had picked the right size, and gave me free laces and maintenance tips! Fantastic store, I really appreciated their level of service!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good variety of shoes to choose from. They specialize in steel toed footwear. You get a discount if you work at Tesla. Pricey but worth it. Highly recommend.
