This review is for the assistance we received in the carpet department from Monique.
Monique took great care of us. She definitely knows her department and is familiar with procedures. It was a painless transaction.

Other than that I do not recommend shopping here later in the evening because there are no associates available to help you. The store is lacking knowledgeable people on the floor to assist you. Eventually, the manager, Randy, came to our rescue. Soon after that, Monique showed up to save the day.

Home Depot, the military discount is much appreciated. Thank you!

Had a good experience today while getting a Christmas tree. Javier has great customer service. He was kind and patient and willing to leave the gates open while we picked out a tree and that was very nice of him, we were super grateful and my kids were super happy even though it was short lived it was still a sweet experience for my girls.. Thank you Javier may you have a blessed and Joyful Christmas..

Didn't have all the plants I was looking for but the plants they did have were mostly healthy. Really the 5 stars is just for this cat. I hope y'all take good care of him.

I was shopping and had a question. Someone named Willie answered my question and showed me where to find one. He was very courteous and helpful. Very nice person.

Went for flashlights and bought something else that works so much better and cheaper, on the recommendation from the guy in lighting.

Excellent great customer service but some time waiting on the lines, I always find what I'm looking for, and using the online service I just go to pick my items easy way too.

The woman at the check out line was extremely nice. Wasn't expected because every other time I've gone in there, seems like no one cares. Blonde hair, big smile! And she was interacting with the customers, she noticed us! Which was a great feeling!

Had everything we needed to seal and weatherize our home. We don't shop home depot often and tried to navigate our own way to the things we needed. Some things we could not figure where they were but I asked a team member as I passed them, all 3 were able to point us in the right direction giving us the aisle number and location specifically to either left or right side and distance. The pricing was reasonable and we used the self checkout which was painless and seamless left the store feeling accomplished. We even saw beautiful orchids for sale!

I came to see the house plant selection and was impressed to see some Plants that I haven't seen elsewhere! *although I didn't leave with any :( :( :(* I also brought my dog and was met with so many happy people and staff, one associate actually carrying dog treats in her! So thoughtful of her to be so kind and welcoming of my giant baby :) I love the plant selection here and I'm glad I finally found a store that I can bring my. Dog with me to indulge in my plant hobby shopping Trips!!

I can't remember if the girls name was Monica or Monique but she was very nice I didn't want to waist time I don't know the store went in for 32x69 in blinds she cut them for me & I got heat reflective tint for the back windows to reflect the southern exposure. Only part I didn't like was all the registers are self checkout.

Fun to look at all the possibilities for diy improvement and their associates are very nice. Especially the paint dept!!

So there are 2 people in particular that showed me great customer service and very respectful well spoken and humble people. Willie helped me out grabbing some items that werent stocked yet. And and rayneisha she noticed i was kinda lost and she went out of her way to see if i needed anything. On top of that she was assisting others after me.

Crowded. As usual. Great deals and prices on their sheds.

When they say you can’t get good help at a big hardware store, they are wrong. A special thanks to team member Mike who helped me in the plumbing section on Sunday 8/14 in the afternoon. After struggling to find what I needed, I was thinking about going to Ace hardware, I’m glad I asked Mike for help. Mike was super knowledgeable and eager to help. 5 star service!

Patton made up for the bad experience I recently had 😔 All I wanted was to have a fully charged cart I could ride around on and shop. I hurt my Sciatic nerve but I LOVE HD so needless to say, the younger kid seemed as though I interrupted him or asked for too much. I wish I’d gotten HIS name but I’d rather place the emphasis on Patton. What a Gentleman and pure heart he has! Very professional and friendly. Was willing to take his time and HELP me 🥳 THANKS Angel for all your help. (I was the petite lady in that electric cart and couldn’t reach plants) God bless you!

This place is amazing for all of us that like to renovate spaces.

Shopped only in garden area. Abundance of great looking plants and shopping here was very pleasant. The cherry on top was the cashier. Maria Juana (no joke) was very friendly and pleasant to chat with. She went above and beyond in customer service. I will always get in her line when i go back. I wish every employee at every store was like her. Awesome and sincerely friendly!

Hey, they got what you need, except a few lumber sizes

I constantly forget my credit card and have to order for in store pick up. Customer support desk is very familiar with this process and it takes about 3 mins to register an order. Very nice.
