I met with Dr. West for an eval and assessment for PT. She was excellent. She was professional, empathetic and understanding. She gave me exercises to do at home, followed by therapy 2 times a week for 4 weeks. Overall, she was great! I will be recommending her to everyone!

She was very helpful and knowledgeable about my ankle. She is very nice and friendly. I look forward to working with her to get my walking better after my fall.

Kristen was very good about checking out my knee after I had fallen on it. She checked very carefully and reassured me that things were okay, and redirected me to how to recover from the fall.

I was sent to OIO from The James Cancer Center after a tumor inside of my femur was removed. Kristen West has been incredibly good to me with my care and making sure I am getting the right treatment. I am going through therapy for the 2nd time, and I am so thankful she is my PT again.

Kristin is great! She gives very detailed instructions and ensures you are doing the exercises correctly. I also really like the email that is sent with instructions for all of the exercises with videos if you forget. Highly recommend!

Helped me with left hip torn labrum and FAI. Increased range of motion in the joint and helped reduce pain while attending therapy. I like to say surgery is 50% of the process. The other 50% is physical therapy and conditioning post-op. Kristin has done a great job.
