Firehouse Subs Eastgate Mall

We come here usually when we are in the area. We always get sandwiches to go. Sandwiches are made fresh and quickly. And we are on our way very quickly without delay. The staff is always friendly and courteous. We've never had a problem and they've never been out of any ingredients we've been there.

This was my first order at this location and wasn't disappointed. I tried the hot specialty New Yorker for the first time and it was very good. The Schar gluten free bread is great! I'm so glad they have Schar bread. I had the pastrami sub at another location. Now I want to try all the subs because so far they are very good. Update 10-10-23 The Philly cheesesteak is my new favorite. I get it with extra meat extra mayo and extra mustard. The Schar bread soaks up all the mouthwatering flavor!

Could use some TV's. Cannot beat the subs though, wow. Never fails, so good. The staff was super friendly too. Although it would be nice if the staff asked if you were part of the rewards program so they could add your points. I didn't think of it until it was too late.

Awesome Hook and Ladder salad. They have a sandwich with the same name, make sure you're clear about that. Apparently I wasn't, and they made it right!

First time I tried this place and it was delicious! I got the brisket sub. My friend told me they were doing free subs for anyone with the name Asia, Linda, or Thomas and I happen to be named Asia so I stopped in to try one and I was not disappointed! Also was happy to see my name included in something. Delicious!

We ordered 2 sandwiches and they were wonderful.

The subs and Mac and cheese were very tasty and the service was awesome

Pippie and Nick did a great job with my sandwich. Pippie gave me the biggest smile and a warm jolly welcome. The whole restaurant was so clean and crisp. Nick treated me with respect and made my day with that fast sandwich making. I love firehouse subs and will be returning.

I walked in and was greeted with a nice aroma of assorted meats, the customer service was delectable and delightful, my sandwich maker, rather, sandwich artist did a beautiful job making my turkey sandwich on wheat with provolone and banana peppers, thank you for an amazing sandwich, Pippie, I am now a firehouse subs customer for life and will never step foot in a subway ever again. Tbh & rate 10/10.

Great service and delicious food! Almost always get the brisket!

Fast service and clean store. Pizza meatball sub was out of this world! Bread was fresh, sauce fantastic, and large meatballs.

The following people do their jobs wonderfully and will make sure you leave happy, Shane, Kahlil, and Nick, if you want your Firehouse coming out good those are the guys you need to talk to

Such a great place for a delicious sandwich! The quality of the meats, cheeses, and all the toppings are top notch. I had the turkey bacon club, it was so good! My son had the BBQ brisket, and oh my word, was that good!! I'm typically not a fan of brisket, but it was delicious! It had just the right amount of smokey flavor and was super moist! If you like brisket, or even if you don't, you've got to try it. Yum!

The best sandwiches and subs, hands down. Love the rewards app and the online ordering is easy and convenient. I love to be able to customize my order and they get it right every time.
