BEST PHARMACY IN THE VALLEY!!! Someone must have got jealous about how pretty these girls are because the service is second to none.. I went in a few minutes before they were closing needed antibiotics for my son in pain and boom in and out like a flash. Thelma and Erica are Rockstars. I guess they just happened to get a new manager. Probably fixed problems they use to have jugging by the shade in those old reviews.

This pharmacy provides great service. The worked with my out of state physician for several days to make sure I received my prescription. The pharmacists are prompt to educate me on potential side affects and drug interactions that my physicians sometimes don't even explain. When understaffed, they still work fast and remain courteous. They remain kind and pleasant with customers even when they have just dealt with an irrational, irate customer. The technicians are so professional and resilient. This staff has all my respect and appreciation. The service they provide (i.e. dispensing medication, patient education) has improved my life for the better and I am forever grateful. Thank you East Wenatchee Safeway Pharmacy!

This community has to take a step back and realize the value of the service provided here. They are always doing their best to work with you and the numerous others they serve in the community. They’re well educated, medical professional that need to be treated with the same regard as the professionals in the clinical and hospital settings. I’ve seen the verbal abuse they put up with and I’m embarrassed that I'm a fellow citizen of this town that cant act with some respect and decency. Don’t take these people for granted. Many communities aren’t this lucky. People need to picture getting in hundreds of prescriptions a day and every one wanting it in 30 minutes. That’s madness.

Fair service, almost decent pricing. There seems to be a longer than average wait time to fill Rx's.

At times, there's so many people standing there waiting their turn. It's hard for me to get to the milk, it's hard to navigate past them. Honestly I think they need a drive-thru.

So far I have not had any problems with prescriptions being filled but had very bad experiences with a couple gals at the counter. Unprofessional in how they greet a customer, rude, cocky, you name it. If Safeway has a training department, they seriously need to send someone to that store to teach BASIC customer service skills like “Hello” “How May I help you?”. Instead you get the annoyed look and “DATE OF BIRTH?” followed by the immature ignorant eye roll. If you don’t like it there, leave! I can’t believe this one girl is still employed there. She is beyond rude every time! Reading some of the other comments, looks like she has been rude to others as well.

Crazy lines and wait times for already filled scripts. Pharmacist is nice and they have a few helpful employees but they also have a couple of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. One girl who is a new hire has been so rude a couple times that we are changing pharmacies.

If I could give none I would. There is a particular woman who has been rude every encounter I have had with her. Other staff have been nice but 0 social skills. Doesn't greet you very rude

Edit: finally switching. Doctor called in my husband's meds that he needed before noon so he could get them by five and when I arrive at 445 they just decided to fill it saying it would take 2 hours. So in total they implied it'd take 7 hours to fill a couple vials DO NOT GET YOUR MEDICATION FROM HERE

Horrible service nor cares to take care of the customer when needing medications. You are better off going to a different pharmacy.

This pharmacy is and has been on a steady decline when it comes to service. Bogus text confirmations, Rx's not finished when they're supposed to be. Just poor in all respects. I don't use this pharmacy but my wife does. I'm trying to get her to change. Fred Meyer, Walgreens, any place at all. It's got to be better than East Wenatchee Safeway! If you're looking for a base pharmacy for your family, take my advice. Overlook this one. You'll be happy you did.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. The lady at the front counter is incredibly rude and unhelpful like you are interrupting her day and took over 7 hours and multiple trips in to get one prescription filled! Kept telling me they just received it and to come back in 30 minutes, came back almost 2 hours later and it still wasn't ready! I will never use this pharmacy again.

The lady named Lace was extremely rude, with a terrible attitude. Several customers witnessed her get into it with a customer and couldn’t believe how disrespectful she was. The pharmacist had to step in to take over after Lace stormed off and said she wouldn’t deal with the customer. They sent the text that the prescription was ready before it was so I was there a long time waiting with a sick toddler. I suggest going to another pharmacy.
