Nice clean store with a great produce section! I love how all the isles are kept faced and neat at all times. The stock guy is a handy helper as well. Always busy, sweeping, or collecting carts with a big smile on his face.

I’ve been out in the East Wenatchee area for five years and this is the first time I’ve been impressed with the customer service at any grocery store. The meat cutter working 1/5/24 around 2pm seriously went above and beyond - wish I’d gotten his name, I’ll be sure to look for him next time.

A shoutout to Safeway East Wenatchee bakery( Cake decorator) thank you for your time and input on making these two delicious cakes. You made them just how I wanted them. I will not go elsewhere for my cakes. Bakery department you rock.💕🥰🙏🎉

Floor is clean, staff polite...Lots of good food selections

I was at the pharmacy and some lady who clearly didn’t know what she was doing told me I couldn’t pick up a prescription because the person who it was for didn’t call to give me permission to pick it up while giving me a look like I’m stupid , like whattt??? I’ve been picking up prescriptions for my mom and brother and was never told I needed their permission ,some nice african American lady stepped in and helped me she was super nice and actually knew how to do her job and I went home with my prescriptions 10/10 costumer service for her.

This store is always very clean and most of the staff is so friendly even though they are almost always busy. I do love finding surprise super cute and well made stuffed animals in their floral department along with some cool plant finds. Their seasonal stuff can be unique and fun as well. And I will say they have THE best frozen foods manager as he will help you no matter what your ask is even in the midst of obviously being very busy. And he is funny to boot! I also love the lady that does the self check-out as she is boisterous and funny and always makes me smile whenever I see her.

I received the absolute best Carmel macchiato, I have ever tasted on my visit today! Made my day!

The pharmacy was great and did an amazing job making that my drive from an hour away to get meds was not a waste thank you for making this trip smooth!

Found what I needed easily. Prices were reasonable. Store was clean and organized

I prefer to do my shopping at Safeway because it's alot easier to get out of parking lot than Fred Meyers and I personally like that it's very conveniently close to alot of other place that I may need to get other items. Highly recommend this business 👍😃

While I live in Cashmere, usually I shop at Leavenworth Safeway. But work has been in east Wenatchee. I love shopping at this store. No complaints 🙂✅

the line was too long and I lost patience but the young bagger was very adorable and quirky, she joked around with me and made the experience not so bad. I forgot her name but it started with a B. Loved her attitude! The cashier was also very kind and asked about my day. Great job ladies :)!

It has great variety of gluten and dairy free products. More than the other grocery stores in area. I was a little disappointed that prices have increased seriously on certain products. So i dont buy as much there. But really love quality of food and usually fresh fruits and veggies last longer than other stores in area. Go there all the time.

First time to shop in the Wenatchee Safeway.
It was a beautiful store and the people working there were so happy and friendly.
I especially loved the floral department.
Wish we had one just like it. I go to the Safeway in Chelan.
I stopped getting flowers there!
Everytime I have asked to have flowers wrapped they have been very unfriendly and actuly rude.
Have been told they have no paper, not enough help, and as a customer I felt I was putting them "out".
And they charge for that service.
I've shopped at Safeway for years in Snohomush County and never have had any issues getting flowers wrapped.
I wish I was closer to the Wenatchee Safeway.
Management there should be very proud of their store and it's employees.

The night staff is always knowledgeable and willing to help. One of the evening managers, Tara, is bubbly no matter what. The store could use an update because some of the structures inside seem to be old and worn down. Prices are competitive and you can always find a great sale. Then, to further the money saving, there is a program called just4you which (admittedly is rather frustrating to use) will absolutely save you money. Its downside is that some of the coupons are "online only" meaning you actually have to download the app and save the sale to your individual Club Card.

Love the Deli food. I go cuz their roasted chicken cuz they are the most delicious deli chickens I have gotten or been able to get from any other store! Then they have the freshest premise sandwiches as well the BBQ Pork amazing! Again customer service is amazing everyone I go

I really enjoy the ability to have my groceries delivered, after ordering online. Hannah is a great person to work

My mom and I stopped here on our way to a family friend's memorial service to use the restroom and get a candy bar. The store was recently remodeled and looks nice.

Sick place to go for some sick food (in a good way) and some sick snacks. Definitely would recommend. The atmosphere was like Mickey Mouse Club House in the middle of a desert while the sun sets behind cactuses and rolling hills, if that makes sense

We have used the East Wenatchee Safeway Pharmacy for over 18 yrs. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and helpful, Thelma & Allena are always cheerful & make you feel welcome, sometimes there is a line waiting to pick up medication but the staff takes time to address questions or concerns, they will rush your prescription if you have some type of pain pill that you really need soon & if they run out of your medication they will give you what they have till they can re-fill the rest. They care about their customers & I love that they also have an easy to use phone system for re-ordering prescriptions you need regularly.
I have never had an issue with them;
I would also like to thank the Pharmacists for always working so hard the get our medication ready & to let them know how much we appreciate their hard work! Thank you!!
