NWO Urgent Care

After trying to go to our local urgent care (long story short, they’re garbage), I drove to Findlay’s NWO Urgent Care because I’ve heard positive things. I got there about mid-afternoon, they were decently busy, but got me in and out in a short amount of time and the staff were very friendly. It was also very clean and felt like a safe environment. I highly recommend this facility :)

I’ve always had a good experience at NWO but this is the first time I used the Urgent Care. I’m happy to say, today is no different. David at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, as were the nurses who helped me, and Robin the provider who examined me. All very professional and very helpful, which makes it seems not so bad when you have to go to urgent care because you feel crummy.

I took my grandson in for a possible broken elbow or arm. We didn’t wait longer than 5 min to go to the room. Then X-rays and that whole staff is top notch.
They are so nice,polite and friendly. Attention to detail was excellent.
The Dr. was so nice and caring.
Final verdict was a broken elbow.

Missy came in took care of me and when she heard I was going to have to wait until morning for my scripts she mentioned another pharmacy that was open longer. Excellent people you have working there.”

Very efficient and effective diagnosis and treatment plan. It was the end of a long busy Saturday for the staff but they treated us as kind and caring as if we were the first case of the day ! Great receptionist at the front window , fun every other weekend helper and great staff in the back ! Love NWO Urgent Care !!

Good care and the doctor Sherer immediately solved my wife's health problem. We were not treated badly for being Latin like in other places, on the contrary they treated my wife very well.

Of course you never expect to need a doctor on a Saturday, but I did. Went to NWO and was greeted by friendly staff, reminded that I should expect to wait about 30 mins (no problem). Just after 30 mins passed I was taken back, evaluated, offered a prescription and sent on my way.

Really great experience. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional, and I got the care that I needed.

We live out of town and our first experience with this Urgent Care. We were more than happy with the care, service, and very helpful and personable staff.

Experiencing heel pain that became constant over the last 48 hrs. Wanted X-rays to rule out a spur on the bone. Used urgent care, and were just that. URGENT! Got in after minimal wait time, was attended to by friendly, Knowledgeable Staff (EVERY ONE) and given follow up options.

There were a few people ahead of me but I still only had to wait maybe 20 minutes. They got the tests started immediately (flu, covid, and strep) and came in with the results as soon as they were done. The entire thing took less than an hour. Everyone was nice and efficient.

I saw Doctor Steiner today with a pretty serious finger tip injury. He explained all the options recovery time for each. After deciding on my treatment options he explained anesthesia options…. Was able to get surgery scheduled the.next day. His staff from nurse… PA… scheduler are all top notch… highly recommend….

All of the staff at NWO Urgent Care were very nice and made me feel welcome! Dr Kaufman was very attentive and easy to talk to about the symptoms I was having and treat my horrible virus. I would recommend NWO to anyone!

Staff was extremely friendly, wait time was short and the time spent there was very efficient. Nurses, Doctor & X-Ray Technician all were very informative and made our 8 year old feel super comfortable through the whole process.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Quick service. The best urgent care I have been too.

The physician was very thorough. He also had the best bed side manner. Highly recommended!

This place is friendly, fast and very clean! From the time we came in to the time we left, the staff was absolutely wonderful. My kids were running around the lobby while waiting to be called back, kinda acting crazy and being loud. Not once did someone tell me that I needed to keep my kids quiet or tell us to leave. The nurses were so great that my daughter was acting like a nurse after they left hahaha. Once the guy doctor came in (I can’t remember his name), the girls were kinda shy. Once they started warming up to him, they were cracking jokes. 10/5 stars recommend this place!!! Sorry about the long read, but it’s definitely worth it!! I won’t go back to the Urgent Care on 99 in Findlay!! Fantastic people (:

Very positive experience. Clear & concise details were expained to what may be causing the issue with my current Health at this time. Very patient and understanding staff. Answered questions thoroughly when asked and listened with patience. I give this place an A plus on Caring and Professionalism!

NWO was a good experience, everyone was helpful and friendly. I got in quickly to see Christie Weiker for an appointment. She was lovely and very helpful, definitely recommend her service and this clinic.

Friendly, courteous staff. It was very busy. I settled in and was surprised the wait wasn't so bad. Grateful for it serving our community.
