Dr. Jackson and his staff are always so pleasant. It was hectic at the office when I had my appt and they still found a way to be efficient and not make me wait for a long period of time. Highly recommend this practice.

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth yesterday was outstanding! Apologies for forgetting her name, but middle chair at 4pm Monday Feb 5. She jackhammered tarter, was efficient, friendly, got my teeth very very clean. Loved her!

I didn't realize how good I had it with Dr. Jackson growing up and I am glad to be back as a patient with my growing family. They did a great job with my 3.5 year old. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I have also had some complex procedures and he has mad them as pleasant as possible. I recommend everyone to Dr. Jackson!

The doctor's office was able to get me in on very short notice for a problem tooth. While not able to get the issue fixed they did give me a referral and I'm waiting on a call back from that doctor. Thank you for being so speedy.

Dr. Jackson and his staff are amazing. I have been a patient of Dr. Jackson's since he first started practicing. I was about 8 or 9 years old.
Five years ago, I moved to New York State. I've seen multiple dentists since moving away. All have given me totally different diagnoses. I find peace of mind in coming back to see Dr. Jackson. He's always kind and caring. He goes out of his way to make sure that I get the best care that he can provide including helping with referrals.
I will continue to travel back to Cincinnati to receive the care that Dr. Jackson and his amazing staff provide and I encourage anyone who's looking for excellent dental care from a warm and caring staff to see Dr. Jackson. You'll be happy that you made the choice to have the best care around!

The best dentist and team period! I have been to over a handful of dentists in my time and by far (not even close), Richard Jackson's office is the best! I cannot not recommend them more highly. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and work with your busy schedule. Our four kids do not have any fear or issues with going to the dentist and that is thanks for Dr. Jackson's office - the entire team! Thank you for being a wonderful dental office and a group that cares about their patients.
