Love it! I got my ears pierced there and I'm going back for a double piercing sometime soon. I was super worried after my first attempt at an ear piercing from Walmart (it got infected and the hole closed up) but they did such a good job! I was given a cleaner which helped a bunch and I'm very happy with how it looks. The service was great, the lady who pierced me was so kind and polite while she explained what I would have to do. Love this place!

Just got my ears pierced there today and they did a great job! I was pretty nervous about getting my ears pierced, but she put those fears to rest. McKenzie was great at making me feel more relaxed and did a great job describing the aftercare for my new upper lobe piercings.

Shout out to Dolly from Findlay who was truly a doll. There was a family in front of us who was quite particular and she handled it with much patience and grace. She really connected with my teenage daughter and did a fantastic job piercing her ears. Turns out she is in law school and a long term employee of yours... she should be celebrated. Joshua was very informative as well. We will be back.

Well it would be nice if the place that's known for piercing ears would have a larger selection of earrings like they used to. Pretty sad selection these days.
