Eastgate KinderCare

I have had a wonderful experience with KinderCare Eastgate since summer 2021. My kiddo has been very well taken care of in the infant room, infant 2 room, and the toddler 2 room. All teachers and staff I've interacted with are friendly and genuinely care about the kids. The director and assistant director are both very friendly and communicative. They go above and beyond to provide the best care for every child. The KinderCare app is great and makes it very easy to ask questions or alert staff that my child with be in late or will be picked up early. You can also see your child's diaper, eating, drinking, and sleeping activity in the app along with uploaded photos of your child during the day. I LOVE getting photos of my child while I'm at work, especially when he was an infant. I intend to keep my child at KinderCare Eastgate for as long as possible.

I've sent three children here over the past 16 years. In that time, many of the teachers and leaders have remained the same, lending a feeling of consistency that I don't see many other places.

My two oldest are now in high school, and I credit much of their success, kindness and thirst for learning to the early education they received at KinderCare.

There was no question where my youngest would go when it came time to enroll in a childcare center. The same qualities I enjoyed with my older children are still there today. He is loved by his teachers, taught appropriately for his age, and has fun each and every day.

I cannot recommend KinderCare in Eastgate enough!

Can't say enough good things about this daycare! Our son has been there since he was 3 months old and he just turned 4. Now we have a 2 yr old daughter there as well. The staff and teachers are wonderful and truly care! It's comforting to know that our kids are being well looked after throughout the day, which makes life a bit easier. Have recommended them to close friends whenever asked!

We absolutely love KinderCare Eastgate! It was hard with my first baby leaving her in the care of “strangers”, but the team is so amazing that they quickly became family to us. We’ve now been there for 3 years and never run into any major issues. Every single teacher my kids have had have shown them nothing but care and love. We are so grateful to have found a safe, welcoming place for our kids to go to learn and grow and be genuinely loved by many and admittedly I’m going to be devastated when we have to move on!! Ms. Bethany and Ms. Chasidy are exceptional, they listen and support us and I know they always have the kids best interest at heart. I can’t say enough good things about this location!!

I have had an amazing experience sending my daughter here. Everyone is so kind and has really taken the time to get to know us. I know my baby is safe and having fun while I’m at work.

My daughter started attending Rainbow in Eastgate when we moved about a month ago. She is in the infant two room. I’ve been extremely happy with how well her transition has been at Rainbow. Ms. Shyla has been an amazing teacher and caregiver as well as the rest of the staff. The app is wonderful and keeps me up to date with how my daughter’s day is going and if there’s any issues her teachers have been great at calling or texting to let me know. The teachers are very warm and comforting to all the children in her class and my daughter seems very happy when I arrive to pick her up each day. I would definitely recommend Rainbow!

My daughter has gone to Kindercare (formerly known as Rainbow) on Kennedy's Landing for a few years now, in their before and after school program.

The communication from Kindercare has been spot on, since day one. Pricing is not outrageous, and the teacher-student relationships developed are awesome.

Hands down, best decision to bring my son here. What won me over at first visit was the secure entry and cameras in classrooms that are easily accessible to parents who like to spy on their kids like me! Their app is nice to see pics of their daily activities, snacks and makes it easier to communicate with staff. Soon after enrolling, I noticed how personable the teachers are. They have become family over the past year. My now almost three year old came in with a speech delay and autism dx. After notifying them, they welcomed any outside support he needed and continued to build on his strengths. He is now talking up a storm, can count to 100 and knows all shapes and colors! Highly recommend if you’re a helicopter mom like me:)

We love Kindercare Eastgate! My daughter started in Preschool and is now in the Pre-k and she loves it. The communication is wonderful and the staff is responsive and helpful ALL the time! Ms. Bethany and Ms. Chasidy have a lot going on, at all times, and manage it so seamlessly!.

Kindercare has been great to us and our two children. Our daughter has attended for 3 years and our son for two years. Caring, professional, personal experience. We could not ask for more.

I have two children(3ys & 6mo) enrolled at the Eastgate KinderCare location and it's been a really wonderful experience for our family! My second child just started this past September and I had extra anxiety about leaving her because she has a rare eye condition and wears a contact lens which tends to fall out and has to be reinserted throughout the day (yes an infant with a contact so you can understand my anxiety!). However, the ladies in infant 1 have been a God send for me and jumped right into the contact routine:) My other daughter has moved up through the infant 1 & 2, Toddler 1,2 & 3 and Pre K rooms and every teacher she has had has been very patient , kind and great at helping her learn and develop. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a safe and nurturing environment to send their children to.

This location is fantastic. My son has autism and the folks at Kindercare have been nothing but accommodating and, furthermore, loving. I feel very lucky that my son has a “second home” where he feels welcome and comfortable.

We moved to Cincinnati and were scrambling to find a n acceptable daycare and we are so glad we found this place. It is conveniently located near the Eastgate Mall. The director, Beth, is excellent. She is incredibly busy but always made time for us to voice any concerns. My kids always seemed happy when I picked them up and have made some leaps in vocabulary and speech since being enrolled. They made a lot of friends and I’m super sad we are moving because I really wish they could have finished out the year here.

Today was my daughter's first day and she had a great time! She's just shy of 15 months and is in one of the toddler rooms. It's after dinner time now and she is super tired which is unusual. Usually I have to do a lot of rocking to get her to sleep but I doubt I will to ight! The ladies there are so nice and exceptionally helpful and fun.

We are so lucky to have found Rainbow! Our son has been in infant 1 since he was 3 months old, currently 6 months. Miss Mandi, Nicci, and Sam are all 3 amazing! The app is so nice so I can keep track of his day. Also, the texts I get letting me know how he is doing and pictures of him throughout the day make me feel so comforted. It's not just a job for these ladies. They have caught things (illness) that somehow my husband and I missed, which was a relief once we knew what was going on. They truly love our son and have his best interest at heart.

My daughter is in preschool 1 , Heather and Annmarie are great teachers . My daughter loves coming to daycare and ask to go to "school" everyday even weekends . My son is in varsity for before and after school care , He loves his class room and teachers and ms darian helps him with school work after school and helps Tudor him . I love how the staff loves my daughter and son .

I actuslly worked here and my children went here also. The teachers and the administration are the sweetest people I've ever met. They really care not just about the students, but the parents as well. And the children actually learn. I know my sibs sure did. I recommend this childcare center to anyone.

My kiddos have been going to eastgate Kindercare since September 2020 and I must say my boys (8,3, and 2) have learned so much since starting with them! Even with these hard times we are all struggling with, the staff at Kindercare has managed to keep my little ones safe while teaching them new things everyday!

Everyone here is so sweet and really great with the kids. It can be hard leaving your little one with others, but they make it so much easier ! It’s fun getting updates and seeing what is going on during the day.

Wonderful staff and great facility - would recommend to anyone looking for childcare. The staff always greets us with a smile and great attitude! The building is well kept and very organized.
