This facility was great! I never had any issues with my unit, the gate, or the company. The units are spacious and the gate is code entry only. Their team was also very easy to work with upon move out, they are also very responsive and friendly!

Smithfield Safe Storage has been such an asset to me and my family. I recently retired and moved to Florida and at the last minute had some few items that didn’t fit into the original storage unit and I had to get on the phone and call around and locate a storage unit that I could just pay for everything online And they gave me a gate code and I was able to check in and drop the last few items off after hours, and go ahead and hit the road and travel to Florida. Their customer service, and their prompt reply was so appreciated and has been so easy to work with during this moving process . I highly recommend them and their units are clean and new and just a great experience all the way around.

I had a great experience renting a storage area from Smithfield Safe Storage. I was able to do most of the process online and then a simple phone call took care of the rest. I especially liked the $1/month special I received for the first few months. I’m glad I found this business to rent from.

This facility is well-secured, conveniently located, and well-maintained. On-site lighting makes access easy, safe, and comfortable during non-daylight hours. The ability to manage your rental fees and secure additional storage completely online is also a real plus. And you never have to provide your own lock(s). Overall great facility located in the southwest area of Smithfield, UT.

Smithfield Safe Storage has helped me with multiple storage units and even a place to store my fifth wheel. I have always felt comfortable knowing that my families belongings where in good hands. Been w/these guys for 2+ years. I have never dealt w/such willing helpful people. A few months I couldn’t pay but they worked it out so I didn’t loose all my possessions. These guys are as good or better than anyone else. They are honest, helpful & fast on the rare occasion a problem does arise. My experience w/them is absolutely an A+. Especially the woman working w/them now. (02/‘24) has been amazing.

At first I was frustrated with the place I didn’t like the way it was managed but they have a new lady who is managing it and she is so kind, helpful and so easy to work with. I do like the facility and it’s always very clean. I was just having a hard time with the customer service number and getting ahold of someone in the office, that’s changed and I love it now :)

I feel my items there are safe and that gives me great sense of satisfaction! Weather protected against heat and cold in the temperature controlled units! The staff is easy to work with you on monthly payments! Very happy with them! 100% satisfied!

I've used this storage facility for the past 3 years and have been happy with it. I really like that they have indoor climate controlled storage areas. It's been clean and well -lit every time I've visited.

I have been a customer for almost five years. This complex is secure with gated access and video surveillance for 24 hour on site security. I would recommend this facility to any person looking for safe, secure, clean and protected self storage needs.

Super easy check in. Great rates and plenty of room. Also, very clean, paved and secure.

Units are clean and site is well maintained. I had an issue with my unit not working correctly and they were able to change it to a new one quickly. Good area with good accessibility.
