Dr. R. Steiner at NWO is one of the most skillful, professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and ethical people I have ever worked with. I was always treated like family the moment I walked in the door, and he cared just as much about my recovery as I did. The bone I broke became what could have been a pretty ugly turning point in my life, but because of their team's skill (and prayers), it became one of the biggest miracles in my life. I would recommend him and anyone at NWO, they're all simply the best!!! :) Thank you for all that you do!

What an amazing team and first time experience! Facility looks amazing. The nurses and doctors were very nice and helpful. The office staff was also very helpful. Went above and beyond to answer my questions.

From the time I entered the office I was greeted with a happy face. Doctor was running behind but they were all very apologetic. Exam was thorough and he explained everything in detail. I would recommend this office to my friends and family.

I have used NWO for 4 years now The care is top notch. I am lucky to have the same doctor. I was in the office today (12/28). When we go in for a problem the doctors remember us and our issues just like a family. I recommend them for all of your problems too.

Everything was great except my wait time to see the doctor. I waited a hour. But Julie is so good and answered all of my questions and the doctor explained everything he was going to do.

I have only good things to say about my treatment at the NWO facility. From the minute I walk in I am treated with the utmost respect and the staff as well as the doctors are very professional and have the inate ability speak with me on my level. Thank you to all the staff at this facility. I rate you with 5 stars if that is your rating system. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to your facility for any and all treatment necessary.

I called for an appointment and was lucky enough to get in the same day due to a cancelation. Everyone I was in contact was so nice and friendly. Dr. Nye was great. I drove up from Lima. Great decision!!

A mixup created a situation where my scheduled 2:45 pm appointment today was not listed with office personnel. However, PA Amanda Hefner kindly worked me into her schedule. I had a very positive experience and left the building confident she/we have an effective plan for dealing with my shoulder issue.

Called in at my appointment time, staff was efficient and courteous, (smiles even) I was well informed of what my options are for my heel spurs and immediately referred to get the shoe orthotics I need. Very Satisfied with my care;

I see R.Brent Steiner at Findlay NWO he always let me choose my treatment plan before anything he did a great job on my foot surgery like couple years ago and he just did my knee surgery January of this year(2024) and he did a great job on that when any other treatment plan didn’t work we discuss surgery for both foot and knee he don’t jump into surgery unless it the last option I go to him anytime for any body part that hurts it easy to get a appointment with him at the findlay office

I’ve been coming her for about a year and it’s always a very efficient automated check in with minimal wait time. Both Brady Decker and Dr Nye are fabulous. They spend time with me and explain everything. I definitely recommend!

The care team we had at NWO was top notch! Incredible with our kids from entertaining all of their questions to getting us in when it worked for our schedule. Punctual and easy to understand. The initial registration of a patient and check-in process involve a lot of duplicate input and is an area of recommended improvement.

Today I had a review of the MRI of my left knee. Julie Melendez explained things in great detail so that I fully understood what course of action I should take. Thanks y'all.

I have had a good experience with all of the staff I’ve come in contact with at this facility. The Dr I see is great, the Physical therapists I’ve seen are great, and the front desk staff have been great as well!

I always have good luck with NWO and everyone who I have had work with me was always very helpful, caring and sincere!! I am so glad I found the people at NWO!!

Changed my doctor, PT ,Pain management from another place( in Findlay) to NWO, best decision I ever made. They have truly helped me in my recovery. THANK YOU! Julie M.
