Timothy Garner

Myself as well as my kids absolutely love Dr Garner. He takes his time to make sure everybody's comfortable, he explains everything in depth. The only thing I don't like is where he's such a good doctor and everybody wants him quite often he is double booked which means you have to wait longer to see him but worth the wait.

This was my Doc for a long time and i enjoyed going to his office and what he did for me as far as taken of my med.needs after i had strokes and getting me back on track with my health. I enjoyed the office staff so much that for X-mas i took them all candles and last year i cooked some of my chicken and noodles with mashed potatoes and fresh baked bread and took it in so they could enjoy lunch and is was a big hit with the staff and they thanked me. It all was going well untill i lady in that office tried to give me a shot and put a huge lump on my butt cheek and i talked to doc about it and the nurse saw it and could not believe how big and how long it stayed on me. well when i would try to bring it up with the doc he would side step the questions about her ability and training that this lady,so this went on for a couple of weeks and i found out that under Ohio Health as a lady named barb who's over the doc said that a nurse or doc is who is supposed to give shots ,so where i had talked to this lady named barb and i did not give my name or the doc's name i was just asking about who can give shots , so when i hung up she ( Barb ) did a cross check with my phone number and found out what doc i was going to and called him and told him that i was complaining about his staff (THIS is what doc said to me in an office appt and i have this conversation on tape with me and doc were i taped so my wife could hear what was going on with my health , and was i glad to have it with me that day ! This all happened around oct,2014 and since then i've call,mailed went in and signed the forms to get my file from them and a list of meds that i was on when i was released from there and have heard every excuse in the book. You can only take so much before you have to reach higher up in command,Please don't think badly about this doc because he is very smart and will get to the bottom of whats going on with your health , but at the same time he is the captain of that ship and he in only as good as his staff ! ! !
