You can't go wrong here, they will give you a sample of whatever soups are available, which allows you to pick the one that satisfies your taste buds. I had the loaded potato soup with half a sandwich this visit.

Just tried them for the first time today and wow! I had the chicken tortilla soup (tortilla chips on the side) and it is just marvelous. Great friendly staff too : ) I’ll definitely be back

The chicken pot pie is my favorite comfort food when I'm not feeling well. I got it delivered today and it was not only packaged really well (shout out to whoever bagged my ordered) but also tasted as great as always. I appreciate the consistency and the staff's effort to not only make good food but also take the time to give a good experience even if it's just how it's bagged!

I got the Cali w/ out jalapeno and sm broccoli & chz soup. It was a cold rainy day and it was perfect! Warm and filling. So filling I saved my roll for next day w/ cocoa. Line moved a bit slowly but only bc so many customers sampling the soups. Love that they let you try them out! Staff very sweet and attentive. Will b bk soon when I go to Toledo. :)

It was my first time here and the employees were very helpful and you can also sample things which is very cool. They have plenty of soup, sandwich and salad options, and everything is prepared fresh and is delicious. I got the you pick 2, ceasar salad and tuna sandwich, very delicious and fresh!

Got the pick two. Love the tomato bisque. The dressing for the Caesar salad was okay. Great service.

The soups and sandwiches are great. They have a large variety of soups to choose from. They also have a good amount of sandwich options too. The workers were friendly and helpful. They made my order quickly and accurately.

My wife and I went to Zoup! yesterday (September 16, 2022) about 4:30 pm. We got there right before an afternoon rush. There were only two girls working there. Both were very pleasant and helpful, especially when they found out it was our first time encountering Zoup! My wife ordered the Lobster bisque while I ordered the toasted cheese dippers and tomato soup. The food was excellent. The Lobster Bisque was as good as, if not better than, any other lobster bisque I've had at any restaurant. The tomato soup and toasted cheese were like a gourmet version of my favorite childhood foods. Halfway through our meal, we decided we were going to get a to-go order.

By the time we wanted to order a second time, a rush hit with a few large orders, one of them being an online order. Being that there were only two girls there, it was very understandable that it would take a bit for these large orders. That didn't stop them from being pleasant to those who were waiting to order, myself included.

My to-go order was another toasted cheese dippers and tomato soup, a long with an Italian sandwich, and a lid for my wife's bisque. I wasn't waiting for long when they called my name. I returned to the counter, the girl dishing up the soup informed me that they didn't have enough for a full bowl of tomato soup, so she offered to add another soup for free. I chose the French Onion soup. They finished up my order and sent us on our way with a smile.

Heated up the next day, everything tasted great still. The French Onion soup was fantastic also. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially this location thanks to the great customer service. We will visit it again the next time we are in Toledo.

service is always amazing here!! Today one of the workers gave me a free tomato soup! She was so polite and she makes sure that my mother and i were satisfied with our meal. If you are looking for delicious soup and great service, then go to Zoup!

I started eating about 7 minutes ago and the ladled lobster (lobster mac and cheese) is gone. This isn't just the best Mac and cheese I've had, this is some of the best food I've had.
This is one of the few restaurants where any compliment would be an understatement.
I'm almost certain the bread that came with the Mac was homemade, the Mac and cheese was creamy, flavorful, and was simply amazing.
We had 3 soups and two sandwiches and it ended up being $34.45 USD.

I think I've tired almost every soup option and have enjoyed them all. Don't be afraid to try something new. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the soup ingredients, so ask questions. It's usually not too crowded but the line is never too long. Also grab a cookie for a snack, later in the day.

The Tuscan chicken sandwich is a staple in their take 2 selections. Always enjoy mixing it up and trying new soups in rotation.

This place is awesome. Great staff, fantastic food and clean environment. Perfect take out food!

I work right next door and I cannot tell you how much I love everybody that works there. They're all so friendly and are never on the shy side about recommending soemthing new or interesting. I love coming here for food especially after a hard day, and everyone is so caring! The food tastes great and even a half sandwich is packed well enough to fill me up on most occasions. Soups are packed full of flavor and beautiful ingredients. Everybody needs to try this place over something like Panera.

For my first time there I was very impressed! The food was excellent! I tried several soups and was surprised at the variety and main ingredients. My five stars is for the food quality. They seemed understaffed for middle of the week lunch time. I'll give a pass this time. Next time I'll have to rate accordingly.

First time here had the loaded potatoes soup and was not disappointed! 4 in the afternoon I expected the soup to taste like it had been sitting but I wanted soup, it was great. The service was too! Thanks

They send a great Buy One, Get One bowl coupon if you sign up for their email club on their website! They offer at least 5 soups (i think 10-12) everyday. My favorite one is the Chicken Pot Pie and the Garlic Chicken Kale. They have everything from a brother soup to a creamy hearty soup.

Best part is you can sample any soup... Even a the soups before you commit to buying one. Their bread is also delicious! You really can't go wrong here if you enjoy soup.

Zoup Catered an event we had recently and did a great job! Mike was very helpful and offered many options. The sandwiches and salads were delicious. Got lots of compliments and much less expensive than other places we checked. Also supplied all the plates, napkins and plastic ware. Definitely would recommend them!

Nice selection of tasty soups! If you are looking for soup, you should pop on in and try it out. You can dine in or take it to go. They have other menu items as well that are not soup so it can be a nice place to check out if only one or two people in the group want soup.

Good food. The staff was kind and helpful. The gentleman that took my order was very welcoming. They were a little busy at the time I went but got my order done in a very timely manner. Would recommend because of the food and the service.
