We had Mike aka Otis come out and he did a great job explaining everything going on with our water. He helped us find what was right for us to get rid of the rotten egg smell and get softer water. He was very personable and took his time to really get to know us and our needs! We would 10/10 recommend him and as a bonus he brings fresh baked cookies!

The whole experience from start to finish was great. Mike (AKA Otis) came out to the house for the quote and it was like talking to an old friend; no pressure and he was honest. Seeing the tests was also helpful. The price was fair and the installation came out great too, really neat work; Ed did an excellent job. My new softener and RO system are working great, I’ve never had such good water. Mike made the experience easy from start to finish and checked in the day after the installation to make sure I was happy. And he will even give you a tray of cookies for working with him! Talk about a great perk. Would highly recommend peacock and specifically working with Mike.

We've been a customer of Peacock Water for 23 years and they provide us with unbelievable service. We have had a Kinetico Water Softner since we purchased our house 23 years ago. Due to the age of our system & our desire to have a Reverse Osmosis Filter System we contacted Peacock . Mike (Otis) Dunaway came out & did an outstanding job explaining the new system and how it works. He provided us with an estimate , an installation date, and best of all NO pressure to purchase it. They did an excellent job with installation & clean up ! Mike then returned to check the system & tested the water to make sure it was working properly. Great job Mike and the techs who did the installation ! We still can't believe the difference the Reverse Osmosis system has made in our drinking water ! Thanks again !

Since I'm helping my parents get their new house set up before they move in, last thing on the list was to get a water softener. Being that I myself have a kinetico system, I knew my parents needed to get one because none can compare to their quality.

I went to Kinetico's website to see if I could get a quote. I entered some demographics and patiently waited for a reply. The next day Peacock Water reached out to me to get the ball rolling. Customer service was courteous when answering all of my questions and I was able to get scheduled for the free water test and quote.

Fast forward to the day of the appointment and Mike, our water guy comes in. Immediately I felt very comfortable around him because he is very friendly and amicable. He is very knowledgeable and was able to go over everything in detail. When I had questions and called him back right after our appointment, he knew it was me. The days leading up to our next meeting, I texted him questions about our options and he always had the right answer. If Peacock Water is any reflection of their employees I would say they are a 10/10.

When the time came to have everything installed, the only hiccup I had was that I hadn't been notified the day before the time of day they were coming (you schedule the day but don't know the time until a day before). So I called early the day of to see and found out I was the first appointment of the day. But it's ok, I was planning on being at my parents house early for another appointment anyway.

The day of the installation very went well too. The installer was very hard working and efficient. He showed me where the best places were to install the water softener and reverse osmosis. After everything was all said and done he went over the equipment again in more detail.

A kinetico system is costly but well worth it. Before our last meeting I was nervous because it is a big investment, and I wanted to make sure I was doing business with a reputable company. I checked out their Google reviews and relaxed quite a bit. Peacock Water has been in business for over 70 years and they have several locations and service many counties. Lots of good reviews too, so I knew I was in good hands! And I hope this review helps you think so too!

Great experience with my Kinetico sales and installation process. I highly recommend working with Mike ("Otis") - he is friendly, honest, trustworthy, prompt, and follows through on his word. He made the overall process very easy!

Otis treated us great as well as the install tech. One thing that I really appreciated is that he showed us all the tests with a control and did not pressure us into a certain system. Would recommend Otis and peacock to all of my friends and family!!

Excellent process from start to finish. Mike Dunaway was my salesman. This guy knows the products that he sells. Will not sale you anything you don't need. My installation was quick from salesman to the install. I got the best softener on the market. Plus got 6 bags of salt to get me started. I highly recommend peacock company. You won't be disappointed.

Mike Dunaway really helped us out. We recently purchased a home, loved the location, but hated the smell of the water. He throughly and accurately tested the water and determined exactly what we needed, no more, no less. A few days later our new Kinetico conditioner and R.O. filter were installed and our Water World is round. Previously, our home had an unpleasant oder. Now that oder is gone and it's been replaced with water that is a pleasure to use and drink. Thanks Mike.

Everyone I’ve worked with at Peacock has been fantastic. Mike “Otis” Dunaway is a great salesman. He’s really kind and easy to talk to and he didn’t try to sell us anything that we didn’t need. Any follow up calls or text were answered promptly and he was a great help.

The installer had some issues with our plumbing due to the original owners of our home not doing things quite the standard way, but he didn’t complain, went to the local hardware store to get parts, and fixed the issue as part of the installation process. He really went above and beyond his duties.

I just had a softener installed today. I am very impressed at the great service I got from the Tech that installed it. He went above and beyond to do a great job. He made sure he explained how to use it, and was very neat and clean with the install. The secretary called me and reminded me of the install the day before, she also called me the morning of giving me a time that he would be there. He was right in time! The salesman Mike Dunaway was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. I have recently been very disappointed in another softener company I had used for many years so I decided to give Peacock a try and I am so glad I did!

Mike “Otis” was great to work with. He came on Monday and by Thursday we had our new RO system in. It’s great that we don’t have to recycle all those plastic bottles!!
