CRT Mechanicals

Furnace wasn’t working when I stopped for lunch today! Called CRT and spoke with Crystal. She was very efficient and was able to manage a time for Justin (service rep) to come and diagnose the issue! He was here within an hour. He was well spoken & very professional. He diagnosed the issue and then showed me the part which was blown! What’s even better is that he put a by-pass on the issue if it were to break again. That way if it does my family and I will have heat till they can come and fix it! I was really impressed with this man and his ability to diagnose and properly manage time as well as produce for himself and his company! Great team effort! Highly recommend!

Our heat pump was SO LOUD and was constantly leaking freon! CRT came out immediately and installed a new one! They were prompt, courteous, and VERY reasonably priced! I highly recommend this company!

Our central air took a dive late on August 1st. I called lots of people and asked my friends on facebook who they used to service and/or work on their systems. Every single person I asked came back with ONE company. You guessed it. CRT. I see why. They came out that same day, assessed what needed done, and gave me an estimate. It took me the next day to secure the funds and schedule the installation. The guys came out on August 3rd and within 2 hours my new system was installed and cooling my home. These guys are really professional and friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing, and did it efficiently. They answered all my questions about the system and warranty, and explained other details I would have missed. I will always go to these people first for all my AC needs.

CRT was awesome! I called them and set an appointment and they called the day before to see if they could come out. They were friendly and cleaned up before they left. They didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Will definitely call them again! Thanks guys!
