David saved my life yesterday seriously! He helped me with every last thing i needed, showed me what break fluid was meant for my car, showed me where it went, helped me fill my fluids & was honestly excellent the whole time. I was & still am super satisfied, David was extremely friendly & funny as well! He made my experience here wonderful!! Appreciate you again David!! Will look for you next time as well!!

This store feels so homey! When you enter, you are always greeted by very happy employees. It's so rare to see people so happy in today's society but obviously something is being done right here. They always make time to make sure you 100% have what you need and if they don't have it in store they will have it for you by the end of the day. I love getting my parts from here because they always price match and they always have sales. On top of their friendly staff and happy people, I think I saw an employee with hair that matched their shirt and I thought that was wonderful! I will always go to this particular O'reillys.

I want to compliment the employees at the Lewis Ave. store, especially Michael.
When I went into my garage last week, I discovered my car was dead. My son-in-law pushed the car out of the garage and gave my battery a jump. We were able to drive over to O'Reilly's and Michael tested and confirmed that our battery was bad.
Michael spent a lot of time with us; checking the battery out in the parking lot, disconnecting it in order to bring it into the store and reconnecting it again after he had recharged it. All the while, he was patient, smiling and so pleasant to deal with. Michael has great inter-personal skills and knew exactly how to solve my problem. He really had the attitude of , "I want to help you and I'm going to help you."
We've purchased different auto parts here in the past and we will be returning often because of the awesome service we receive when we go there.

Decided to stray from autozone after my fair share of crappy service. I went in to O'Reilly's for an engine diagnostic check, the gentlemen was more than helpful. Saved time and money thanks to his help. O'Reilly just acquired a loyal customer.
