So helpful and delivery was fast!

Ordered some shirts for my son's soccer team. The shirts took almost a MONTH to get delivered - and when they were finally delivered - the quality of the shirts DID NOT match the price tag. When I called to ask about an exchange for a different size - the gentleman who answered the phone as "J" or "Jamal" was very rude and stand off-ish. I have now tried to contact him multiple times regarding the situation and have heard nothing. Because of this experience we will not shop further with this business and will advise other soccer parents not to do business with them as well.
