Leah Alden Massage

I've been getting deep tissue massages for 20 years and Leah by far gave me the best massage I've ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the particular issues I have (from cycling, running, my posture and anatomy, etc) and found every problem area I have. He delivered an extremely firm deep tissue massage, which I requested, but because of the fluidity of the massage it actually allowed my muscles to relax instead of tense up. THANK YOU Leah!!!

Leah is an amazing intuitive massage therapist/healer. Whenever I feel out of balance and need grounding I go to see him. Leah not only is an incredibly well trained body worker with many techniques at his disposal he also deeply cares about his clients and their well being. Somehow he knows exactly what I need to feel better.
He is professional, kind, generous, and we can have some of the best conversations about life and spirituality too. Always a joy to see him.
