I rode a new horse (first customer to ride him) and had a great ride. I'm a very experienced horse rider and requested a young horse or one with a lot of energy. They gave me exactly what I was looking for. This was in Oct 2023. Great place!

My husband and I had a fabulous time trail riding with Snowmass Creek Outfitters. Carly was just incredible. Great conversation and a wonderful ride. 10/10 would recommend.

We had the BEST time on our 2 hour PRIVATE ride with Sophia and Emily. There was a special in October Amy in the front office told us about-which was super nice of her. We felt like we were riding in a painting. The horses were incredible-Rosie Greer, Warrior, Diablo and Boone. What a memorable experience and literally the BEST thing we did the entire trip-and our last day in town. Perfection!

We had the most wonderful experience with this bunch this weekend! My now fiancé planned a 2-hour ride for us with Amy, in addition to a separate ride ahead of us, for our photographer friend to capture the proposal. Our friend rode up with Kay and we rode with Carly. We all rode down together and both ladies were fantastic guides! We go horseback riding once a year (we hadn’t gone here) and I have never been on a more beautiful ride than the one this weekend. The trail was full of changing colors and it yielded several beautiful views. This may be our new place to come-we HIGHLY recommend!!

Such an incredible experience! The girls were so nice! We did the 2 hour private ride. It was my boyfriend’s first time and they made us both feel very comfortable and they treat their horses very well! The scenery was to die for! Our guide was so sweet, she even took this awesome photo of us!

I cannot recommend Snowmass Creek Outfitters enough - already looking forward to my next visit. My dad, sister and I had an amazing two hour horse ride with our awesome guide Carly. Carly was full of local and historical knowledge as well as incredibly kind and funny. The horses were beautiful, the views breathtaking and the staff could not be more down to earth. Highly recommend a visit when passing through Aspen.

The entire experience from start to finish was so amazing. The property was beautiful, horses were so well trained, and Carlin was so fun to ride with- informative & full of great conversation!

Carly was a wonderful guide!! She was knowledgable about all the plants and animals we saw on our journey of the West Maroon Trail between Snowmass and Crested Butte. The horses were friendly well tamed and Carly was a pro at wrangling all four, plus the pack mule. I would recommend anyone seeking an adventure to check out Snowmass Creek Outfitters!

Unbelievably beautiful setting, perfect weather, awesome guide (Carly) who was full of local information and history and funny stories and went many extra miles to ensure we had a great experience. Beautiful horses. Highly recommend for a half day activity when visiting Aspen.

Sophia and Emily were awesome guides, very knowledgeable and personable for our girls trip group. They were extremely attentive and I felt very safe with them even on an easy walk/ride around the ranch. If you know Aspen, you know that around every turn you are looking at stunning views so there was no disappointment there. Wonderful experience all around. So relaxing.

Sophia was an amazing guide and wonderfully humorous. An authentic lifelong rider and working rancher, her views on caring for the land and nature were inspirational. The two hour trek around the ranch was full of postcard views and splendor. The horses were gentle and easy to ride with a steady pace regardless of rider skill. My daughter and I will definitely do the 4 hour next time (if I can get off the horse a little better next time LOL)

This is the outfitter you want for a private family ride or a bigger group event. You'll bring home amazing memories for sure!

We had a fantastic time with Emily on a relaxing two hour trail ride! I rode Dandy and my daughter rode Glen, both were great! We have been to several different riding places in the area and Snowmass Creek Outfitters is the best because the horses are more experienced, calmer and the staff is more relaxed, easygoing, professional. The views were spectacular and Emily was really knowledgeable about the area, it’s history, the animals and the vegetation. Next time we’ll do the half day lunch ride. Can’t wait!!!

Arranged a ride for a surprise proposal. Amy did a wonderful job coordinating the whole event, she essentially booked a whole day just for us. I am beyond grateful for her and her staff. We can’t wait to come ride again!

I went horse back riding with my wife and 15 years old son on the 2 our ranch ride. It was a beautiful blue sky end of summer day. Phil was there to welcome us and Sophia did a great job giving us all the ride and safety instructions before we mounted our horses. She patiently gave us many explanations from the land, nature and horses while guiding us through the ranch in a lovely ride with in between the woods and with up and down hill sections. The scenic view is impressive and the horses were very calm and well trained for the ride. Would do it again.

Fantastic ride! My teenage kids and I did the 2-hour private trail ride last week and it was wonderful! Our guide was super sweet and knowledgeable, the horses were easy to ride and guide, and the SCENERY! Absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommend.

My wife and my two girls (ages 11 and 9) had a fantastic horseback ride on 10/25/2021. We are from Wisconsin so the scenery was just beautiful. Our guide Sophia was wonderful. I highly recommend Snowmass Creek Outfitters for horseback riding.

Emily was our fabulous guide. She was friendly, fun, articulate, smart and incredibly knowledgeable about the area, it’s geology and ecosystem. She also picked great horses for us, all of whom love her like we did! The ranch is a gem and the horses are well treated and have a great life there. In my next life I want to come back as a horse at Snowmass Creel Outfitters. Thanks Emily!
