We are so happy with our choice to throw our son’s birthday party at this gym! Jeremiah did an incredible job of engaging and teaching the 10 kids in attendance who were a variety of ages from 5-14 and an ability-diverse group. It was super easy and entertaining for the parents, and all of the kids had a ton of fun. We highly recommend Flow Vault for a birthday party!

Flow Vault is a phenomenal gym! My son does Ninja and Parkour there and all the coaches really care to help advance not only the skills of the kids but their self confidence too! The coaches always go the extra mile to ensure technique, safety and fun! I love that each coach is invested in the kids they are coaching and dedicate their knowledge base to improving others! They are a professional, dedicated and highly experienced staff! We highly recommend this gym and all the coaches!

Im so excited to have found Flow Vault for my toddler and that they started offering classes for the younger kids. My son loves the class and looks forward to it every week. Coach Mel does a wonderful job working with the little ones. Thank you!

We had a birthday party here for our 8 year old daughter today. The fees were reasonable and the coach (Jason) was very engaging and well organized. The party starts off with a review of the ground rules for the gym followed by a warm-up/stretch routine which included the safe ways to jump/fall from different heights. Following that all of the different obstacles were described and then the kids were cut loose. Jason continued to walk around the gym engaging the kids and ensuring everyone was staying safe. After that the coach ran through an obstacle course that was setup. Each kid was able to run it individually with Jason by their side to make sure they got through it safely. 12 kids total attending the party with no injuries and all of them were given plenty of time to get well worn out. My daughter had a great time and we look forward to our next opportunity to attend the gym!

My kids have been doing parkour here for over 5 years and love the place, even the adults can get in on the action here too! They enjoy learning all the new skills and have even joined the parkour team. All of the coaches have been awesome that they have had at the different levels, each one just really great with kids and and working with their abilities. Jason, Jeremiah, Eric, Will, Lorin plus some new additions to the group, can’t go wrong with any of them.

Jeremiah was awesome at the kids birthday party I attended. He had the kids full attention the whole time. They played so many games and he was adding rules all the time which helped keep the games fresh and the kids engaged. Fun place. I am sure we will be back.

If you are looking for a great atmosphere to train in. You have come to the right place. Lorin and Jason are amazing coaches. They are very helpful with whatever questions you may have. Lorin is very knowledgeable in every department and he truly cares and wants to help you succeed in every way. He is always friendly, professional, and very positive.
Jason is very much the same way. I am happy that there are more adults here to train with because you don't see that in a lot of gyms. So, thank you both for always being very welcoming and helpful!

A great facility to train at!! This gym feels highly appropriate both for seasoned pros and the greenest of newbies (like me lol). I first came to train Ninja at the beginning of this year, and Lorin has been amazing to work with. He is definitely a teacher and understands both how to show you the subtle nuances of a move in a way that transforms the strange into the familiar, as well as how to slowly level you up to a move or motivate you to full send if it’s just a mental block. As a lifelong athlete, that teaching skill is very uncommon, and I feel blessed for his experience at this gym!! Jason, one of the parkour teachers, is equally as knowledgeable and brings an amazing and fun-loving, welcoming atmosphere to every session. Together they’ve helped me feel very much at home here from day 1. The facility has a slew of great obstacles and set ups at their disposal, and I feel the staff always has their ear open to new perspectives. You feel a part of the team even just training a couple times a week! I feel proud to train at Flow Vault and look forward to more fun and meeting more new people!!

My kids have been taking parkour classes here for about 6 months. They absolutely love going, love the coaches, have fun and gain some great skills. My son can be challenging and the coaches are great with him. The price is really reasonable too.

After our previous Parkour gym closed down during COVID, my son and I decided to check these guys out. Coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. They do great work with the kids and my son is loving being back in a Parkour gym. They also offer training for Ninja warrior but we haven't done any of those classes so far. The only real challenge I've had is it is difficult to see the full weekly schedule on the website. They do provide paper copies at the gym though.

I have a nine year old son with autism. He doesn't have great coordination but he's enthusiastic. The coaches are encouraging during classes, taking extra time to work with him when he needs it, understanding and not pushy when he just isn't ready for something that seems too scary, and proud of him when he faces his fears and tries new things. They take an interest in him as a person and talk to him. During open gym coaches will take a minute to give him tips and encourage him or cheer him on. He's made friends here. He loves open gym, watching the grown-ups and older teens inspires him; seeing that they fall down too, encourages him.
They have great equipment and obstacles, cool ninja warrior training classes for all ages, parkour for all ages, and (my son's favorite) a trampoline. But what keeps us coming back multiple times a week is the community. Very lucky to have found such an awesome spot and such awesome people.
PLUS! He gets to brag that one of his coaches has been on American Ninja Warrior!

I take the adult class and my 6year old son is in the level 2 parkour class. This place is great! The instructors are very knowledgeable and nice to be around. They are safety conscious which I find to be helpful for keeping myself and my son safe. If you are looking to have fun and learn some parkour skills this is a great place.

It is not just a brand, it is a family! Whether you are trying to get in shape or train for American Ninja Warrior, this place is devoted to their guest. The coaches are amazing athletes making it very easy for my son to see the potential if he sticks with it.
