My fiancée and I were introduced to Porter because she specializes in first time homebuyers. We first began talking and getting to know each other before we even moved to the Denver area and right from the very beginning Porter was warm, extremely welcoming, and friendly. I was hesitant and nervous about the process and Porter was immediately able to put my mind at ease by describing the process, continuously checking in, and always being available for questions. Throughout the next few months before our big move, Porter would continue to check in with us and our timeline, making sure to never miss a beat. Once in Denver everything seemed to move a million miles a minute. Porter worked tirelessly to get us a few showings one day. We saw a total of four houses and two of those houses we ended up being seriously interested in. Without hesitation, Porter reached out to both selling agents to gather as much information as possible. She then postponed some Friday night plans to put together a last-minute offer for us. While this offer did not get accepted, our offer on the next house did! I contribute this success to Porter, her knowledge and expertise, and to her amazing team of professionals that stand behind her. Porter educated us on what a competitive offer includes, and she befriended and remained in constant contact with the selling agent to keep us all updated. Once approved, Porter gave us detailed explanations of what to expect throughout every step of this new process, including weekly check-ins all while being available 24/7 for our questions and concerns. She transformed a time that could have been extremely stressful and made it into something manageable and easy to follow. During our inspection, Porter was out of town taking a well-earned vacation for her bachelorette party. Even though she deserved a weekend to herself and her best friends, she still called to see how the inspection went and how we were feeling AND sent us a box of delicious Crumbl cookies for the exciting occasion. I can’t fully describe how amazing Porter is. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking, but she is also passionate. She creates long lasting friendships with her clients, and she genuinely cares about your wellbeing. I felt so taken care of throughout the entire process because of Porter. She is a powerhouse in the real estate world, but she also has the most amazing team of professionals surrounding her and they are all more than willing to put in the time and effort for their clients. This team includes an amazing mortgage lender and home inspector that we feel so blessed to have worked with. We have our new home, our first home as a married couple, and our home that will allow us to hopefully grow as a family, because of Porter. I thank my lucky (five) stars for our time with Porter and the friendship we have formed. We will most definitely be using her for all of our real estate needs in the future and we can’t wait!

As first time home buyers and expecting parents, we most appreciated how Porter was detailed when reviewing homes together in-person. She was patient with our questions and always willing to add extra context as to why something was/wasn't important, or what effects it could have in the future. She has a go-team team of resources like lenders, inspectors and insurance brokers that made it easy to move quickly after an accepted offer when we (again as first time home buyers) didn't know what to do next. She was also patient with us as our search gravitated from one side of Denver to the other.

Porter was amazing in helping us find a house. My best friend and I saved up to buy a house that we will use as an investment property in the future. Porter helped us figure out what kind of house we wanted and gave helpful tips along the way to point us in the right direction. When life threw me a curveball and I needed to sell my home Porter delivered yet again. She went above and beyond in every opportunity and without having to be asked. The care and communication I’d felt from her during the purchase process is clearly just who she is as a Realtor and how she operates consistently. I appreciated her guidance for projects that I should do in order for the home to show its best and she even contributed some small staging items to make moving for me easier at the end since I could focus just my own furniture used for staging. I received multiple offers and she was quick to communicate with me when she was aware they were coming in and answered questions to help me choose between them promptly. She helped keep me on track with the sale and deliverables and it made for a smooth closing.
I’d trust Porter with any of my future purchases or sales in the Denver area. I wouldn’t feel the need to entertain the thought of working with anyone else given my experiences which have been overwhelmingly positive.

Porter is a hidden gem. We met her by chance at one of her open houses and were immediately impressed by her. Where other realtors may have skimped, she had handouts ready to go about the neighborhood, potential home improvement projects for the house (with quotes!), and the state of the Denver metro housing market. It was clear she had put a lot of effort into helping prospective buyers (and especially first time buyers) visualize what their buying process could look like. We knew we just had to work with her!

Weekly check ins, texts, and in person meetings were always available whether we needed something specific or just general reassurance that things would work out. When we saw a house in our dream location, Porter drove the same day in rush hour to do a video tour for us so we wouldn't miss out on the opportunity. Throughout all the hiccups (and there were many), she remained a rock for us, advocating for our needs, but never pushing us. In the end, she scored us the house in the dream location with over $27k in concessions/repairs. Truly beyond anything we ever expected!
