Interesting location, it’s definitely out in the desert. Take Bell Vista Rd. watch for the company sign directing you to turn onto a gravel road called Spring Meadows Rd. follow the dirt road back to plant, pull onto scales, open trailer doors then go to the window at shipping and receiving. They are quick to load you, staff are very friendly. They close at 3:00pm so if you’re not going to make it before then you can park down the road and sleep at Death Valley Junction, they open at 7:00am

If your picking up a load their super fast here! Plus the kids loved seeing the equipment work while we waited in the truck. It may be out in the middle of nowhere but theres a spot by the first turn thats also a great place for your 30 minute break and to check out some cool rocks.

Not trying to mess up your rating on google, but I had to escort a driver down to you today from horizon market, and the signage to your facility realiy needs a upgrade. Poor older guy didn't know how to use google maps, and their were no street signs along the route beyond a single sign at the south entrance of ash meadows, which i could see being easily missed. Just a heads up! I know I'd of probably missed it in my own rig, And think i had messed up half way down that gravel road haha

Originally, the wrong product was sent to me due to a problem at the warehouse. However, KMI refunded both cost of shipping and the product itself and they sent me the correct one. I bought the zeolite to help with litter box odor and so far, it seems to be helping quite a bit. Very pleased with the customer service- not every company will be so gracious and willing to send the correct product with a refund and everything on top of that.
