Cedarwood Apartments

I just finished my year lease here and the housing was spacious with all the appliances working. Any issues were fixed when I reach though the online porthole. Melissa Milne was very helpful and worked with me to get a smooth move in and move out process. We were in a tight spot when both my roommate and I needed a place and they were very good at getting us where we needed.

I was able to review the apartments for lease and Melissa M did a very professional job showing me and explaining all the details!
Your property manager was in a league of her own! Amazing job i signed the lease and i am very grateful and blessed that i was able to get someone of her caliber working on the lease. Property looked amazing with all of the other amenities! Thank you Melissa

As a new employee I can't say enough good things about the staff..... They are caring, understanding and very professional. The modern look and feel of this park like facility gives more of a community feel than other apartments in the area. The property is clean well laid out. Amenities are centrally located and well kept. I'm very excited to bring my knowledge to the team. Now is an exciting time for us. We have a full crew with a wide array of knowledge and we are ready to serve you.......

We had a wonderful experience meeting with the leasing agent for a tour. She was very personable and welcoming! The apartment complex is very peaceful and quiet and looks like a beautiful place to live.

Amazingly kind and loving management! I accompanied my daughter as she was looking for her first independent apartment. I was blown away at how kind the ladies were as they walked her through the process. They were very encouraging and expressed and demonstrated how this isn’t just an apartment it’s a community! I couldn’t be more excited for this new adventure for my daughter!

So. I moved in this summer. I truly lack the vocabulary to express how wonderful our new home is. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I'd also like to take the time to really praise Melissa for being so helpful and taking her time explaining everything we need to do to move in and even how to navigate the portal for us residents. It's clean, safe and our neighbors are wonderful as well. I genuinely love it here.

Melissa and Jaegar were so amazing making us feel immediately at home. They both made the process of moving in and becoming a resident super easy. It's a beautiful and wonderful community for my fiancee and I to start our family.

Melissa the property Manager is tr best property manager that I have ever had not only is she super fast at calling you back but also getting your problems fixed also. She does an outstanding job doing what she does best an That Is being communicative and to me not only as a resident here at Cedar Wood but just in general Melissa does go above and beyond to make sure your needs are meet here at Cedar Wood apartments.

We moved in at the end of summer, we just love the place. It’s quiet ,peaceful and down to earth area. We especially want to give a shoutout to Melissa for helping us thru our moving in, she is what a property manager supposed to be professional, friendly and always willing to help.

The lady that manages the office at Cedarwood apartments was awesome! She was so nice and she helped my friend more than any other place around here has with information in a time where she was struggling. She was informational and knowledgeable and super helpful!

Cedarwood is a beautiful location, great apartments, and awesome views. The neighborhood seems very nice. Relatively quiet and peaceful. Melissa was awesome and very accommodating. We were impressed with our overall experience and felt very welcome.

From the moment I talked to the leasing manager Melissa I knew I was going to be in good hands. She was very caring and had a great attitude, and she was very professional. She explained everything perfectly, even offered us some refreshments. Overall it was a very positive experience!
