Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Today was my birthday and my grandmother brought me here. We had good food and didn’t have to wait four hours to get the food like most places. Although it was Thursday morning, so it could been that. Customer service was nice, and it was decorated nicely. But the best part of it all was that they gave me a free milkshake for my birthday, which is a rare occasion now days. The only criticism is it was a little dirty, there were crumbs on the table and floor, but otherwise very good visit. We will be coming back again. 😎👍

Edit: they fixed it. Spectacular this time. Everything perfect. We didn't tell them at the beginning either so they genuinely fixed the issues. We will continue coming back!

Know what? This is my favorite Red Robin. I eat here pretty often.

Today, awful. Messed up my burger twice, wasn't about to send it for a third refire. Was told to keep the first messed up burger, then dude came back and took it (I guess they changed their mind!) Next burger that came out was missing toppings I specifically ordered.

Waiter came to our table FIVE TIMES and failed to give me a refill on an empty coke. I finally just started laughing and asked for a box.

They then couldn't locate my account. Finally, the manager found it, and I got my messed up several ways birthday burger.

Finally, I couldn't take the survey on the kiosk. I have never once checked out at a Red Robin without being asked to fill out a survey. Wonder why it wasn't offered this time.

Great job, Red Robin.

Surprisingly good! I'm not sure what I expected from this restaurant at first, but everything was fantastic. Food was hot and fresh, service was great. Even healthy options for those trying to eat good while having limitations. We will make this a frequent stop when passing through the area.

Jade, our server, has given us one of the best dining experiences in our lives. The food was immaculate in presentation and very flavorful.

This is a very well run establishment.
The staff is friendly. The there is a good variety on the menu, and at a reasonable price. A nice all-around family friendly restaurant. Highly recommended!!

Ashley Riggs is hands down the best server I have ever had in my life! She was on top of everything all while having a completely full section filled with other tables. She was extremely attentive and friendly and sweet not only with me but with all of her tables as I noticed! If you go to this Red Robin, ask to be seated in Ashley’s section!

A fantastic culinary experience. I will definitely make this place a pit stop on my way through West VA every single time. The service was great, and the food was fresh and hot.

Update!!! They made changes as promised. I was greeted and seated in a timely major. The waitress was out of this world amazing! Food was perfect. Major improvement from 2 months ago. I will definitely return and recommend to others. Absolutely a wonderful dining experience tonight!

Burger was delicious. I got the double cheeseburger and it was cooked perfectly. Waitress was nice. Old people wanted the music turned down and they catered to them. Not the establishments fault. Music was good too. Whatevs. Oh, I had the garlic fries. They had enough garlic on them to kill 11 vampires. They was aight. Not the best nir the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth. Will go again.

Was passing through this place. I went to the restaurant next door, but it turned out to be closed. Since I was in a hurry, I decided to go to Red Robin and take something from them. Absolutely loved how they cook! I recommend! These are some of the most delicious burgers I have eaten in the USA (I work as a driver all over the country)! If I'm in the area again, I'll be sure to visit them again! I liked it very much! More places like this!

One of our favorite places to eat and love their impossible burger, bottomless sweet potato fries, and garlic parm broccoli!

We always have a great meal here, but this last time, the service was not as it usually is. Seemed like our guy had his head somewhere else. The food was great as usual, though, so all was good.

Ashley served us great! One of the best customer service I’ve ever got in Winchester I would love to come.

Fast, friendly service and out of this world hamburgers! I ordered the Southern Charm Hamburger with a side of fried sweet potatoes and a Sand in your Shorts cocktail. Great meal!

Not a good place to go if you have a soy allergy since the options are limited, but this place is very good for Celiac customers! Honorable mention to our waitress Brooke for making our experience great and interacting with/accommodating the young children in my party.

Food is good, and the service is always top-notch.

Red Robin got my order correct and ActiveMenus made it so easy to order and they got the timing perfect. Great menu and plenty of allergy sensitive menu items. Good selection of sides with any of the burgers.

Came in today with a hungry group of seven & we were well taken care of!
Brooke, our server, did amazing. She made sure we had our orders correctly entered & followed up with our refills promptly. Five stars for Brooke!

Stopped in for a cold beer after work. Ended up taking food home for dinner. Service at the bar was great. My food was well prepared and ready right as I was finishing up my beer. The serve a modest amount of domestic and IPA beers on tap and in the bottle.
