Dr. Robert W. Duck, MD

Dr. Duck is an amazing, very thorough doctor who has spent a great deal of time with my daughter. His personality is comforting, he takes time to listen & address any issue that we have. I’m very happy with this practice. I would definately recommend Dr. Duck!

Dr Duck is thorough and compassionate and patient. He has a great bedside manner and his staff is kind as well. We feed very lucky to have had him as our Dr for the past 2 years!! =)

Love Dr Duck, my teenage girls have loved seeing him through the years. I also see Kate there and have been 100% please with her as well. I’m a nurse at WMC and these Drs are one-of-a-kind

He is the best doctor! Very personable and easy to converse with. Listens to thoughts and concerns and knowledgeable of current issues. Kids love him!!

Dr. Duck has an absolutely wonderful bedside manner, great listener, very kind & empathetic. However, the office staff are sadly lacking in organizational & communication skills.

Absolutely the worst practice I have ever encountered. Staff is worthless. Called in August for pain under ribs. Told it would have to be virtual because I had a slight cough. I thought doctors were supposed to treat the sick, not hide behind a laptop and wave a magic wand. I don't recommend to anyone.

Been waiting over a week for them to authorize a prescription refill request from the pharmacy and they still have not responded to the pharmacy. I've been calling for 2 days and can never get anyone to answer the phone or even call me back. This is not the first time I have had a problem with these people but it will be the last. Very incompetent staff. I will be changing doctors ASAP.
