I LOVE this Baskin-Robbins! Personally I believe it to be the best one in all of Winchester! Great service and very friendly workers! I never leave unsatisfied and always want to come back for more :)

They have a new staff here the girl working Dunkin’ Donuts. Baskin Robbins is very pleasant. The orders are ready on time and correct so great job.

This is $26 dollars worth of ice cream 😫 The customer service at this Baskin Robbins is the worst!!!!! I will never get anything from this place again! I will Never recommend this place.

I have tried to order delivery at least 6 times. Every time I end up having to cancel my order because they never seem to have all of the ingredients. I would not recommend Baskin-Robbins to anyone.

Very rude staff, cashier didn't like that I wouldn't walk away to read the flavors for a doordash order. Talked back and had this extremely useless demeanor. Very young, management should look into more training. Lexi was the rude employee

So we stood at the counter waiting for someone to show up, after 5-6 minutes we finally waved down a guy in the back office who wasn’t working but BS-ing with another worker. He rolled his eyes at me and kept an angry stare at us for asking for different samples.

This guy was in his 30-40’s and apparently doesn’t want to work. He washed his hands for literally 7 seconds, which is unhealthy and risky, and then kept huffing and puffing when my son was trying to decide what flavor he wanted. He also made us ring up at Dunkin’ Donuts and then walked off. The young gentleman named Ivan, at Dunkin’ Donuts was very PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!

This guy at Baskin robins/ gas station counter should take some lessons from him. Learn how to actually work when at work, instead of getting mad that your conversation got interrupted.

Went there with my daughter and husband this afternoon. Hands down worst experience. After waiting almost 10 minutes (in a dead store) for service, the girl, who seemed to be first day on the job, took nearly 20 minutes to make 1 kiddie cone, a caramel blast (that tasted like peanut butter) and a milk shake. She ended up remaking mine and my husbands twice just for my husband to throw his away as soon as we walked out because his was nothing but milk with snickers chunks. She had to stop and ask someone for help who didnt help her. Dont get me wrong I sympathize with the girl if she wasnt properly trained bur if thats the case, she shouldnt be left to work alone business being slow or not. We wont be back.

This location NEVER has the flavor I want. The Martinsburg location at Foxcroft has the flavor I want but no containers. Ridiculous!

Closed for cleaning at 7pm. Employees are not kind either, always seem to be annoyed at the sight of a customer.
