Best PCP I have ever had. Takes the time to follow up to ensure your health is improving. Very knowledgeable on everything from the common cold to elaborate medical conditions. I highly recommend Dr. Ticknor.

He and his staff are more than efficient and helpful.. plus the my chart is life saving .. thank ALL of you sincerely.

This doctor's office is a good place for your upmost caring needs. Dr. Tignor and Rachel has put up alot with me, lol, but always cared for me and my friends. Sometimes I get frustrated and not show up, but still I do care a great deal about everyone there at his practice. I recommend this office for anyone needing a good , trustworthy and caring doctor like Tignor. I'm not a patient at the moment, but wonderful people. 5 star's or more. 🙂

Made a reservation - 50 minutes later I observed 3 walk-ins get seen after 5-10 minutes waiting, and I had to be requested to be seen. Wrap it all up with them not knowing how much to charge me and literally walking in circles to figure it out. Front office did a poor job today.

If I could rate Dr. Ticknor -1,000,000 Stars, then I would; one of the absolute WORST Docs. I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of being in the same room with.. Addressed ZERO of my main concerns and was quick to judge/label me. He chose the wrong field, he should be working at the DMV.. Suits his personality.

Cha-Ching... dbl-billed for my son's physical. It was coded as 'Peventative' and again as 'Medical in Nature' bc he asked about migraine medication. Be warned - when the Dr. gives you a physical and asks...."Anything bothering you?" Cha-Ching'!! Customer service tells me that this is a direct result of the hospital taking over the practice. Cha-Ching!

Was kept waiting for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time.

I do not recommend this place AT ALL. They are very disorganized.
