Just to say "This is why people robbed his dumb a**! I've been going to Eli for 16 years. Never had a problem other than him raising prices on me whenever I go to him. I always buy my nose rings from him and the diamonds are ALWAYS falling out after just a few days! 🤔🤨 Never went back to make a complaint about it until now (since he wants to raise prices on me). Tried to get an exchange due to the fact that when I went to put the nose ring on (straight out from the package) the diamond was missing. He wouldn't give me an exchange and then proceeded to tell me to bring the diamond in so he can fix it. Again, this is why people rob you due to you being inconsiderate and having NO customer service skills. 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕 Eli!
