I've left messages for 2 weeks trying to pay my renewal policy. Finally got a call back the day before it was due. Took 2 minutes to run down there and pay to not be cancelled. Now I am switching to a new insurance company and agent. I called the insurance company and they told me that Byrds is the only one that can cancel it. I called Byrds and left a message yesterday and again today, but still haven't received a call back. I need an agent that values their customers and evidently it's NOT Byrds insurance agency.
