McDonald's

I went through the drive-through today around dinner time to order my child some food. And I have to say the service was quick. The staff was very professional. When I got to the window to pay for my food the young woman greeted me with a smile, read my order back, and she let the person who was on the sandwiches know that I didn't want salt on my burger. So when I proceeded to the second window to get my food, they greeted me with a smile as well; but it was a particular young lady who came with a ponytail in the side of her hair shaved off (just for description ). She was excellent. She verified to make sure thats what I requested. And she had no problem with making sure that my order was correct. Not to mention, I informed her that it was for a child. She assured me that it will be made correctly and it won't have any salt on it which I highly appreciated. She was very professional. Thanks for the wonderful service that both ladies and the staff gave me today. Thank you for not catching an attitude because I wanted a special order made. I would highly recommend this McDonald's as a first choice. Especially if you were looking for professional, respectful service from great staff who don't mind doing what is asked of them from the customers. They surely put a customer first tonight with no hesitation, and I highly appreciate it. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Staff friendly, appeared to like their jobs. Food order off from kiosk easy to use. Food hot a d tasted fresh. Maria who was cleaning the lounge was kind and kept the safety of customers as she cleaned the floors.

Ashanti, the little lady in the window is a breath of fresh air, always greeting with a smile, a kind word, an awesome spirit! I really look forward to seeing her even for that brief moment. As tiny as she is, she makes anybody's day brighter like a ray of sunshine! Ashanti, you are their greatest asset!!! Thank you!
And the egg mcmuffins are always good too!

Usually I get bad interactions on the regular visits with my family, but not today. Debby was an all-star! Whilst cleaning she was extremely friendly and approachable, warning us of any slip hazards and wet tables. Her bubbly personality definitely lightened up the whole lobby of guests and my daughter loved her! Thank you so much Debby, we'll be stopping by in the lobby from now on.

Was having an app issue that the manager helped resolve quickly. The cashier was not as knowledgeable on how to handle it.
Food was hot as well as coffee and taste was as expected

My sandwich was slop together my tarter sauce was more of my sandwich and box than it was on my sandwich, and it was about 1 clock after lunch and it wasn't that busy and drive thru, so I don't understand why my sandwich was thrown together

In my experience, this location is run very well and has an extremely nice and attentive staff. The food tastes like good McDonald's.

The staff were incredibly kind and quick! My burger was fantastic made exactly how I wanted if I could give this location 10 stars I would!

Michael was so pleasant. Such a nice employee. My kids even said wow he’s so nice and a good worker.

Best McDonald’s in Town.. Always Fresh never a problem been coming here for pass 3 years .. now moving out area .. bet I won’t find another Fresh clean McDonald’s like this one.. From management to crew are Great people..

If Kat (i believe thats her name) doesn't make your hot chocolate then you don't want it. Literally the BEST hot chocolate I've ever had in my life 😘

I tried to use the app which was the glitching, the manager assisted me and gave me the deal I was seeking. The food actually looked good. I usually order nuggets because the burgers had been looking sad, however the burger I got today looked tasty and was actually very good. The restaurant was very clean and drinks area well stocked.

Fast service. Very friendly employees. I wish the Big Mac Junior was back.

You know what you order when go to McDonald's, but that is not always what you get. I was pleasantly surprised not only was my order correct, but fresh!

Went drive thru today. My Big Mac was spot on!! Fresh, neat, and delish! I also ordered two cheese burger meal and the cheese burgers were a big mess. Cheese and ketchup all over the wrapper which was all over the bun. So 50/50.

Was there around the lunch hour, so the place was busy. The lines of cars moved pretty quickly with 2 order stations. Paid at the first window, moved up, got our meals, checked the bagged order to see if it was right, and it was Perfect! Very happy with the service and the food quality and production time. I recommend this location highly. Be sure to tell your window server "Thank You!" It goes a long way when they are very busy. 🙂👍

My wife and I are new to the area and exploring our fast food options.
Obviously you want to go to McDonald's or wherever that's close to where you're working..
Everybody's so quick to write bad reviews and stuff like that I wanted to make sure that we mention a great worker that greeted us at 1245 pm April 25th..
She was extremely friendly although she was in The mask felt like she was smiling with us!
We just felt like she was extremely good at her job! She was African American with glasses super cheerful made our day! Go McDonald's! We love this particular location! Always fast and friendly! Must have an amazing staff and management team! Way to go!

I use the drive thru and enjoy the fish sandwich and a Mocha frappe. It's sad that the prices have gotten so high, however. Wish they would, once again, offer the chocolate chip frappe ... it was sooo good.
