I had ordered a pair of Klipsch bookshelf speakers which were not shipped.
A phone call revealed that the merchandise was damaged and the distributor was unable to send a new set. This occurred during the covid 19 pandemic.

I just received a pair of Polk speakers.that are fantastic.

i purchased a pair of klipsch 600M speakers from AV toy store a few weeks ago. UPS screwed up the delivery, and the home theater manager william p. intervened to make things right. i will say, in contrast to other reviewers here, that william is a true gentleman, that he stayed involved until the speakers arrived, that he always answered email promptly and courteously, and that he was available by phone for questions. the speakers themselves arrived within the expected time-frame. the entire transaction was stress-free. i will certainly do business with AV toy store again.

No response from seller. Seller hides behind their TV shipping policy that states that once you accept the box they refuse returns. DIDN’T KNOW ABOUT DAMAGE to $500 TV order until I opened the kindergarten-like packaging! If a Toy Store wants to expand into the electronics business, you need to educate yourself about that industry and how to package fragile products. Bought what was advertised as a ‘new’ 55” UHD TV and received a used, poorly packaged TV that left 1/3 of the screen completely unprotected inside the box during shipment. Not even a piece of plastic that you always see on any new screen that you must then peel away. This is clearly a used TV and pawned off as new with knife cuts on screen - not scratches! The screen is sliced and they refuse TV returns. Beware, this is a toy store that is ill equipped to handle anything other than cheap plastic toys. Yes, I read the reviews before purchasing, but the stellar reviews were specific to the Samsung product, not the seller. Opened the box and there was a cut, not a scratch, but, what appeared to be a knife cut that sliced the screen - 5” long. When there is no packaging between a 55” screen and a flimsy, homemade box (not the original TV box because it was used) there will be damage during shipping.

I was notified their warehouse was robbed and received this message from the store. "Message from seller AV Toy Store: i had to cancel your order because our warehouse was robbed. i left you a long message.. they crippled us.. so sorry" Yet, their store is still showing stocked items on the Amazon store front of AV Toy store. Do not buy from this store as it is fraud, this store is fake. Their website, avtoystores.com also show the projector I bought from them with the available quantity in stock.

Representing themselves as legitimate dealers for high $, well-known brand projector (filled by WalWart.com). I contacted the manufacturer who confirmed they are NOT authorized dealers, and it would not carry a warranty. AV Toy Store is drastically misrepresenting themselves as "legitimate." RUN AWAY.

I bought a t.v. from them and they stole it. They don't reply they didn't ship me anything they just took my money and stole my t.v.. How you get St. Louis confused with Fort Lauderdale. THEIR CROOKS. THE PLACE IS NOT A BUSINESS IT'S A HOUSE.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a scam operation. Read the reviews and you’ll see they do a bait and switch where they list a brand new item I’d send you a refurbished or used and then act like they have no idea what happened stay away and buy from a real store.

Will is a thief. Do NOT buy from this fast talking punk! STAY AWAY! I wish I would have read these reviews from buying from him off of Amazon.

Very unprofessional. We were charged multiple times for the same transaction. When we asked to have our money refunded we were cursed at by the Manager. I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

Run, dont walk, RUN AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Sell used as new and then lie right to your face. Don't trust them no matter what.

I live in Tucson Arizona I ordered a product from these guys and they sent it to Florida??? Unbelievable Don't know how they could mess up Tucson and Florida but they did??
