I've dealt with Ray a few times over the years. Nothing but excellent service and quality work. Fair pricing, far better results than a couple companies I've used in the past(looking at you zero rez) and overall a pleasure to work with. I've used this company on multiple rental properties and trusted them with my own home.

I highly recommend Ray with Floor Innovations and Solutions. He re-stretched a room and cleaned my 3 bedrooms. He was great to work with and I’m very happy with how everything came out. Excellent customer service and communication!

Ray did a fantastic job on my 75 y/o terra cotta tiles. He was courteous and showed up on time, ready to work. He suggested many solutions to our aging tile. In the end, the floor looks amazing. Highly recommend!

Rai did an amazing patch job on my carpet. My dog dug it out a bit and he patched me back up within 30 minutes. He was prompt and energetic. Very passionate about his work and thats rare to find these days.

Ray did a fantastic job cleaning my 2 couches, chair and an ottoman. They had a lot of wear on them. He was very professional, thorough, and friendly! He gave me a great price as well! He even cleaned my 2 area rugs under the furniture since they got misted from the cleaning, and he said they would look better if he just went ahead and cleaned them. Didn't even charge me any extra! I will definitely be calling Ray again next time I need some cleaning done!

Our area rug and sectional needed to be cleaned. The couch looks brand new and he honored his 14 day guarantee by coming back and cleaning the rug again when a spot didn’t lighten up after drying. Definitely great customer service!

I can’t say enough good things about Ray! I thought we’d be replacing carpet due to a pet odor problem. Not so!! Ray explained that because we had the pet odor carpet pad he could lift the carpet and treat it professionally. It worked!! He also stretched a small part of our theater room carpet. Ray was friendly, courteous, professional, and did us right! I cannot recommend him enough.
