Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Was there an hour before closing on Christmas Eve and the place was packed with people trying to get/return their cars. All 3 staff were occupied with customers but my entrance was quickly acknowledged by Fernando Dela Cruz, who later also made the entire process a breeze. During the wait, the phone was constantly ringing to which none of the staff at the store could assist as they were all attending to customers. There were at least 3 people before me and that took about 15min. Fernando explained the process clearly, making sure that I understood the charges to be incurred. This took about another 10min as he had to attend to another customer midway to address a technical issue. When the car arrived, Fernando assigned another colleague to assist me. Both the interior and exterior of the SUV was well maintained. I took a while exploring the interior of the car before driving off. Fernando sent the same colleague out a 2nd time to check and make sure I had no concern. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the customer service by Fernando and his team given that it was a pre-holiday rush and it was near closing time. Rented the SUV for 10days and I did not encounter an issue with the car. Would recommend making an online reservation to expedite the wait process which was made effortless for me.

I had a reservation for 9 am on a Saturday 7/08/23, which is the time they opened, so I didn't expect a car right away. There was a short wait, but I was helped as soon as one of the agents became available. I was pre-registered and put on a kind of waiting list. The assistant manager (young lady) kept everyone informed as we waited. I only waited about 20 mnts, and I had the vehicle I had reserved. Overall, I am happy with the service and the vehicle. Kerbens Saint Louis was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Great job!

5 Stars across the board. This is a very busy location but every time I’m in need of a rental vehicle they always take care of me. I am very meticulous and hard to please. Yet they do it with a smile every time. All the staff is pleasant but JOE is always so professional, courteous and welcoming. He demonstrates superior customer service. If I have to spend money I expect a business to offer a smile. Just makes the entire experience that much better!

My reservation was seamless! From the beginning till the end, the staff was extremely pleasant. I was early for my reservation and instead of making me wait until the scheduled time, they allowed me to get an upgraded vehicle at the same cost. This location has always gone the extra mile to keep me as a customer. Although the staff has changed, the attentiveness remains the same. I will continue to patronize this office.

I made my reservation directly with Enterprise via their app. Super easy to do, and when I arrived my car was ready to drive away.

A gentleman named Raschad assisted me at the designated location and all "paperwork" was done via tablet. It was the friendliest, quickest car rental I've ever had to do!

The manager at this location is amazing. I rented a car without a reservation and she was more than accommodating. Fabs (hope I spelled it right) is a great leader. The location was packed to the brim and got her team to handle everyone in a timely manner and everyone left happy. Especially me! I was frustrated with the day but her and her team was able to put me in a vehicle and put my day at ease.

Fernando is the best person to help u at this enterprise he's a awesome individual and is very patient. Thank u Fernando I will most definitely rent here again.

I needed a mini van on short notice for a funeral in South Carolina, with my surprise Enterprise came through for me. Thank you so much. Everyone was so helpful, Ms.Hope got my Bluetooth hooked for me. That was a great save.

The customer service was great!!!.. but there just wasn't enough people there checking in cars.. so there was a wait.. and please make sure you ask questions... cause some vehicle have restrictions... rented a 15 passenger van...
