Monique championed her way into my heart today; it is always surprising yet nice to greet and meet someone who knows your struggle and your successes! She made sure that i was well taken care of and once that was established we sat and shared. She made me feel as comfortable as the mattress she sold me. There is a very handsome man with neo classic Greek looks that carried the bed right up to my car ! It does not get more welcoming and/or pleasant as that!!

Amanda and Sal were ridiculously helpful and generous. I really felt like they were working for us. They tried to get us the mattress that would be the most comfortable fit for ourselves at the greatest price possible. I had no idea that buying a mattress would end up being such a great experience. They made it very easy. I will return.

Great service. They met me at the door, greeted me with a smile and hand shake. We talked for a bit then he asked me a few questions on what type of mattress we were looking for. The second mattress was the one I wanted. I did try a few of the others but ended up with the one he had suggested. At checkout he told me we could have it the next day.
Great store, it was very easy. Good product sells. I should know, I was a salesman for 40 years.

Selecting a new bed at Mattress Firm in Lady Lake near Cracker Barrel was a very positive experience. I used the exchange option, and it could not have been easier. My salesperson, Monique, was very informative and allowed me plenty of time to test any mattress I desired. She answered any questions I had and offered suggestions for things to consider. I selected a Tempur-pedic ProAdapt mattress that I hope to enjoy for years.

Was extremely happy that the sales person there was friendly and continued to check our needs. And explained all important details to us, so we could make the right decision. If I had to would choose this store again in the future.

Our sleep expert Monique Smith-Myers was just that; she steered us patiently through all our choices and options, and helped us feel comfortable with our best choice. No pressure, no pushy sales techniques. She made this a great experience.

Workers were very personable. Even advised that if we went too low on the bed my disabled husband might not be able to get up. Great job!

Shopping for the mattress was good. The sales person was very nice. The gentleman that delivered it was fast polite everything was good. Till I went to bed. Got in bed and put the headrest up and it went so far and stopped. It doesn’t go up or down. So my first night was not a good one. It still doesn’t move. Hopefully it will get fixed soon.
